Right? I watched someone do an Awakening solo run, and it was like, this isn’t a challenge. This is just how the game is intended to be played. In fact, it’s the easiest way you can play the game.
Using broken weapons OTHER than for proficiency training?! That’s Maddening……in more ways than Maddening Mode itself. Props on this run. It’s frustrating getting everything set up from the moment the game begins and it doesn’t get any easier as you progress further. The 99 Turn Limit was especially frustrating to deal with if the main strategy was heavy turtle Strats early game. 41:52 I find this amusing.
Neat run. That enemy female warmaster, and I think Hilda as an enemy in later chapters also being a warmaster, makes it so, so frustrating that Three Houses has the stupid gender lock classes again like earlier games after Fates mostly got rid of it, and it's inexcusable that they made several of the highest tier classes for specific types gender locked, like the female only master mage gremory or the flying mage that's also female only, and the male characters having access to warmaster while female characters don't
I feel like gambits take away from the spirit of the challenge somewhat, but it might be impossible to complete the challenge without them, at least without impractical luck.
Just an FYI broken weapons also exist so that if you break a weapon it's not gone forever and you can just get it repaired after the battle, like in FE4.
41:51 Was that double voice/reverb effect intentional or not? Also, would you consider either including the background music in the corner of the video or in the description?
@@ultimatehedgehog4015 I agree with your friend, the difficulty in Thracia comes more from how weird (and kinda clunky) the game is. That's why some people like it, some people hate it and the majority never even play it. Some Thracia mechanics return later in the series, especially in Fates (like escape maps and capture) but the majority never appeared again (like healing staves that can miss, movement stars and fatigue)
@thiago292 That makes sense when you put it that way, what would you say your stance is on Thracia overall? As well as mechanics from that game being added into other games? Kinda wish I had more than a Nintendo Switch at the moment, so that I could play the other FE games that aren't on the switch, so I'm always interested to hear about the other ones whenever I get a chance to.
Edegard: I'll start a war to end all war
Byleth:(tape on weapon) IN THIS ECONOMY?
Some FE challenge runs can be so blasé, but this guy’s runs are genuinely unhinged 😭 They’re so challenging it consistently blows me away
HE'S FRENCH!!

Hearing “gambits with Felix” is so unsettling lol

Nice! I did this on hard mode silver snow but I didn’t have the guts to try it on maddening mode, congratulations!
More 3 houses content in the middle of my 3 houses addiction? Sign me up
>FE:TH challenge run
>look inside
>juggernauting with the house leader and byleth

the game that's supposed to give me freedom over my units can't fathom Gremory Lindhart or War Master Hilda 🫠
Yeah how come I need to pay extra see women fist fight people
Oh I was just re-watching some of your challenges.
Fe3h bjt byleth gets paid irl teachers salary
Since you rely alot on Dedue during the mock battle, do you think this run is possible with a different house?
Raphael and Edelgard could probably take Dedue's place
Might not be, since Dedue has 8 defense and can go up to 12 with his personal skill while Raphael has 1 less base defense and no such personal skill
I feel like gambits take away from the spirit of the challenge somewhat, but it might be impossible to complete the challenge without them, at least without impractical luck.
Another teegee banger as always!!! Hope u do an fe4 challenge someday!!!
I literally shouted "WHY" at my monitor when this popped up in my feed.
Good stuff, TeeGee!
Dang this was such a great idea. Nice video!
Isn't rusted weapons and stuff like that in Echoes too? Would you consider trying that? I imagine it would be a slog
Rusted in echoes, but broken weapons also exist in FE4 and FE5
Congratulations, you now know what it feels like to be the enemy units on Normal lmao
I can only commend this ridiculous run
Just an FYI broken weapons also exist so that if you break a weapon it's not gone forever and you can just get it repaired after the battle, like in FE4.

Jesus Christ, I shuddered just reading the title
oh hell yeah another teegee banger
How about a Thracia 776 challenge run?
So a normal playthrough?
Can you beat thracia 776 without committing suicide?
@@thiago292I'm curious, is Thracia as hard of a game as FE fans say it is? A friend of mine says it's more of a knowledge check than anything.

This is an amazing video!!
47:17 that doesn’t look like the colder boss fight
FE3H but it's FE6
" unique inclusions to 3H "
FE4+5 also had broken weapons but ok
How many stat boosters must have he grinded to double with broken weapons? They have 20 weight if I remember correctly.
You should try this with fe5!
So when are the rusted weapons getting shine?
I think 0:48 is your first mistake of the run. The clear would have been a lot easier on normal/casual.
