Or "YUP"
The calmest and most skilled contestant not named John Carpenter to ever win in this show!
Judith is lovely. She has Royal connections but remains very modest and humble. Is teased a lot on "Eggheads."
Patricia Lavender She has royal connections how? She has royal bearing. She seems very noble and dignified, like she has nothing to prove.
@@wasilaify she has noble lineage
@@wasilaify Camilla is her cousin.
@@jamesnangle2079 That doesn't means that she's a royal herself. Except her grat grandparents are at some point were royals, they're not considered as royals when their relatives married inti royalty.
Alex Shuysky • the comment said she has royal _connections_
everyone in the comments saying he was sexually harassing her, where i live it is polite and part of culture (I live in England) and was a completely normal thing to do, he didn't touch her and she seemed comfortable and even hugged him
kissing is how we greet, congratulate, thank and many other things
Edit: Honestly, just read the replies I've got to this comment if you don't believe me! MOST have been able to be mature about this, and have even given examples of other cultures doing this / similar things to this. This isn't an attack so don't get worked up, sure say you're opinion but understand the facts.
I agree
@marcus24000 exactly!
Agree and I’m from Colombia (living in the US since 2005). Some Americans nowadays see such things as “harassment” for some reason I have yet to understand...
@@tomasgomez9925 You are a guy, you wouldn't understand sexual harassment related with gender violence, lmao. Receiving/giving a kiss even if it's just to say hello to someone shouldn't be something people feel obligated to. Yes, some people don't mind but others do mind and do find it uncomfortable.
_hxcknall “receiving/giving a kiss even if its just to say hello to someone shouldn’t be something people feel obligated to do.”
Well, it is also a cultural thing. In Colombia and I would say most of Latin America, male and female give a kiss for saying hello and bye. In Argentina even males kiss each other to say hello and bye.
I have been living in the US for half of my life, so when I meet a Latin American and women give me a kiss, it kind of feels weird because I forget that that’s how we say hello in our culture.
Just watched this after viewing the Charles Ingram win. I couldn't be sure Ingram cheated until I watched Judith's win. Wow Ingram was guilty as hell! This lady knew her stuff.
@Wayne96819 Just watched Major Scam episode. Total cheater. This woman was beautiful, articulate, intelligent and earned her win!
I thought immediately that he was cheating because he was not sure every time.
maybe she had the questions in advance, and was very well rehearsed. she was desperate for the money at the time according to the press.
@@bwghall1 you still a live from covid19...?
@@bwghall1 As in the daily mail press. lmao.
Judith: I think it’s Henry II.
The audience: 😨
ahahahah
She's so calm for a person who just won 1 million.
Green Shadow she’s pretty rich anyway, royal family connections
@@timhanby5662 Oh, that explains.
More great than an epic face.
I would watch the show more, if it were played this way in the USA. I absolutely HATE the way the player will ramble and talk and explain, on and on and on. I love that the UK version, she just answers the question, no dragging it out forever.
Cathy Smith I hate that they do that noise light thing before every freakin question.
I love how the host is very relaxed at the first questions like if they gave the answer and its the right one he just says you are a right and now even confirming anything.
As a vet of the US version I can attest that they want you to talk things out so you don’t screw up.
I wholeheartedly agree. This nonstop talking has become a trend on all high value US game shows.
Hahaha
This was delightful to watch! It's an absolute pleasure to see a person so knowledgeable, straightforward, unpretentious and with a sense of humor. She must be a great conversation partner.
I wholeheartedly agree with you, sir. She's amazing ♥️
" Sense of humour " .... not so sure on that one.....!!!😅😅
Amazing. How smoothly she nailed the questions. Wow!!!! There should have been sparkles flying in the air. Congratulations Judith. ❤️❤️ She’s pretty.
Yes, indeed. A very pretty lady. My goodness!
I dunno why but this woman radiates as much goodness and peace as the sun does. You can really feel she's got this composure.
Imagine being the call-a-friend, and you absolutely had no idea and gave the wrong answer
The contestant only choose their most intelligent friend to receive the call
@@Meau_be Probably not the most intelligent, but a specialist, who has a high chance of knowing an answer from a specific field.

OMG, i love the confidence of this lady. ❤
Even the host getting admire by her intelligence.
She looks very nice and intelligent. I'm glad, she made it. :)
That gasp the audience made when she said “I think it’s Henry II.” IM DEAD THEY KNEW SHE WOULDNT CHANGE HER MIND
Lpcarver I live for these gasps lmao and she didn't even react
I like Judith. She may not have needed the money, being a distant relative of Camilla Parker Bowles, but her display of knowledge alone makes her a deserved winner.
What a classy woman. She handled herself through that like a freakin boss
I have never seen a more confident woman with nerves as strong as steel. This lady is hero,a very rare species.l love her
She says “I think it is ......” and eventually it is right 😀
I wish my thinking was that right 😂😂
Hey all those checks ripped up could of been well over one million...hell I'll marry her for 10 thiusand

My all time favorite episode! What a sophisticated woman! Very happy for her
This lady is pure class and intelligent.
The fact Tarrant actually laughed at Golden Delicious being an option was hilarious
Quite a common thing with the silly answers

Hello sir
Judith, such a classy lady. We need more Brits like you!
1/3 luck, 1/3 strategy, 1/3 knowledge. She scored on all three.
2/3 knowledge I'd say
@Lona 87 I must be pretty ignorant then because what in the super fuck is a squab
Take nothing away from her. I knee some of the harder mid questions but lost on the others. She wasn't even hesitant! Clever woman indeed!
manning0 how did you know it though, through internet? She knew the answers through books and tv which is more impressive.
Surely it's not where you got the information it's that you took time to remember it
When she said she saw the answer somewhere before, she was meant to win 1 million pounds. Also, UK's winnings has no tax unlike the US.
Her grandfather's lineage means her ancestry can be traced back to eleanor of aquitaine and henry the 2nd, either intentionally setup final question or the biggest coincidence i'd ever seen - that's also probably why she was at the tomb. She was in their bloodline
@@LiveTwinReaction I tried looking that up and didnt find it... yet. I got stuck on her great great great great great? grandfather Arnold van Keppel. Who was the right hand man of William of Orange.
@@LiveTwinReaction That doesn't guarentee her knowing that though. Honestly, MOST people with European blood can trace themselves back to royals along the way.
This thread is like a flex on commoners I don’t now how it works 😂
@@swedsteve93 Which means she wasn't related to Eleanor of Aquitaine or Henry III, Willem Stadhouder (who is called William of Orange in the UK) wasn't of royal lineage.
I’d heard of Judith Keppel at the time, but had never seen her game before. Wow…..just wow. So calm, confident and dignified…..with nerves of freaking STEEL. That was a joy to watch. I love how Chris kinda sorta low-key flirted with her a wee bit too 😉
I loved her demeanor and I admire her intellect. Well done Judith. Congratulations!!!

Shes so humble, graceful and knowledgeable. Rightly deserved to be a millionaire.

250k - Squabs are young pigeons from America.
500k - Saint James is called Santiago in Spain.
1 million - She saw her tomb when she was in France.
Clearly, Juidth knew what she was talking about when choosing answers.
Unlike Charles Ingram, choosing answers he had never heard of 🤣

Gonken88 nah Ingram is clearly thick, especially compared to quiz types who sought out the show for legitimate money
