But later in s12(3) (ii) you ended up saying that you couldn't be compensated for 900 bags. Sir I am getting confused. Since the language of s12 is too hard to be understood properly. Sir plz help me out 🙏 Edit: sir, s 21 explanation States that when contract becomes incapable of specific performance then also court can award compensation which is contradictory to s12(3)(ii). Plz explain sir🙏

It seems, unforeseen circumstances (i.e. loss of goods due to fire. .) if prevents performance is excused and thus fall under force majeure - contract gets terminated without damages.

As I said that it's the discretionary power of the courts situated court in the case may allow specific performance if compensation is not sufficient
