One of the things I love about SR is that my senses are getting more sensitive..
Music is getting so much more beautiful, colors getting much more vibrant (digg that sweather). I smell more and I can sense people's vibrations keeping me from hanging around with the wrong crowd.
Many people say to combine SR with meditation or/and cold showers. I took on a daily pushup challenge.
I went from the most insecure boi to the mentally strongest person I know.
