Wow, I never heard this song until I watched Defending Jacob this year. It's touch my heart in such a warming way. In December of 2017 I lost my 28 year old son. The last two-and-a-half years have been emotionally hard. This song allow me to reflect on all the wonderful memories that I hold close to my heart. RIP Mirai!

It's funny I'm old so I was hoping they would play this song in one of the last episodes and they didn't disappoint. This is my favorite song by Mitchell, and it fits so well on this show. Also, the fact that the character of Rebecca loved Mitchell. This Is Us is known for its full circle moments and this song was just perfect for it.

It's 2020 and I came here after re-watching "Party of Five"!, which ran from 1994 through 2000. This song played at the end of episode 10 of season 1, "Thanksgiving". The Salinger children go visit their parents' grave after the first Thanksgiving without them, and after each of the four talked to the drunk driver who killed their parents. It was the most bittersweet and beautiful ending!
