Some fun future developments: - You will be able to claim and rebuild Idaverrano as a part of House Indoril questline in the upcoming Sundered Scar expansion. It being the ancestral holding by Clan Mora, of which Nerevar is. - The riverstriders were remade and will get an updated look in the next release (TR Firemoth). They're called waterstriders now because, well, most of them aren't placed in rivers. - There will be lots of new points of interest in the underwater of north eastern Telvannis. New dungeons, grottos and citadels come in TR Firemoth release. Also, thanks for the overview!
Also of note, it sounds like because Indoril is a very traditional house that's fairly racist, they would never let an Outlander join under normal circumstances. So it sounds like, just like the original Nerevar, we'll have to marry our way in (just like Nerevar married Almalexia to join the house). I wonder if proving beyond a doubt that we are in fact the Nerevarine would be enough to get an invite while remaining a bachelor, though.
Fun fact about the map that came with Morrowind. It shows every single point of interest on the map to a pretty accurate degree. Growing up I marked all the artifact and unique item locations
Ranyon-ruhn is my base of operations. From there you can divine intervention to coast to get a boat to anywhere and mages guilds are there too, so it's quite easy to get there from a wide area and then choose where to go next, also many telvanni and temple quests are there, and also many nice side quests.
Finally someone else covers these. I made a video about both of these some time ago, though my production value is nowhere near yours. Very good showcase, friend!
@@Gitshiver Glad to hear it made an impression! I love your editing process btw, I'm such an amateur at it. I'd love to just watch your editing process sometime!
I used that very video to see what was in this sunken stronghold, I didn't want to miss any important items, which could be extremely easy to do in an underwater labyrinth. Thank you.
10:42 Only true if you give it to a companion! Damage in Morrowind is not a dice roll for the player (it is for NPCs though!). Instead damage, as the manual mentions “The longer you hold down the button, the harder you’ll swing. Swinging harder does the maximum damage a weapon has. Swinging lightly is faster, but does minimum damage” (If you just tap the attack button, you get the minimum damage, but if you fully prepare the attack, waiting till the animation stops pulling back, you get the max damage). I’m not surprised average players miss this (it’s only mentioned once in the manual), but I am surprised to see that it’s not universally known among fans dedicated enough to do videos on TR content. When you realize this and look at the vanilla weapon stats with their weapon speed, you realize Bethesda’s weapon balance actually had a lot more thought put into it than most people think but simultaneously was brought down by some obvious balance issues (For example: Strength's modifier to damage is a percentage multiplier based off how far you are from 50. While daggers aren't losing much from low strength, they also aren't gaining anything from super high strength either and there's no other way to boost damage, so only two-handed for expansion superbosses)
Fascinating that the only pre-enchanted waterbreathing item is an on strike effect, you would expect maybe an amulet or ring with an use or constant effect.
The sword is not a katana, Its a zhanmadao ( china one, not japan ). I must be honest, this game was my 1st elders scroll and its the best so far. We dont care about the main mission, just to explore it. Nice video mate !
The perfect sword quest in Gah Sadrith actually ends up telling you where the Goujian is if you dont have it. The guy that wants the sword gives you the quest, and someone else in the town knows where it is, but wont tell you until you help him with his problem. It actually ends being like 3 different quests and a lot of running around before they tell you where the sword is. Its a pretty good quest too I recommend doing it, it also leads to some other good rewards like notably a unique/artifact spear.
Crazy I literally just got that sword yesterday then see this video posted. Too bad I’m using axes on this battlemage. Nice house decoration either way
I considered making a TR version of Camelworks's top 10 most hidden unique items in Morrowind. Nerevar's Axe was definitely going to be on there. Even with a guide, it still took me longer than I'd like to admit to find.
In case of drowning you can also use water walking spell or scroll to get to the surface instantly so you can run away, although bad in many situations if it's too long
Not at the moment, I need to get an updated one put out. This is my original morrowind total overhaul from March, it won't work for OpenMW but it will give you my basic choices shorturl.at/0vVsg
@@KingLich451 that modlist specifically has MGSE only mods in it, UI expansion, the hotbar, ashfall, pet the damn scrib, and a few others don't work on OpenMW. Most are fine for both, but I need to publish an OpenMW specific list.

This screams for an underwater shipwreck, loot, ruins series in Tamriel Rebuilt!

I remember being sad when I realized Oblivion had like zero underwater stuff.
Great alliteration at 9:07, Gitshiver. Honestly, stupendous!

Thank you! As a matter of fact, your "why is nobody talking about this insane unique weapon" video is where I first found out about the axe!

This video is amazing with this intro ❤
