I've been following for a few years now Shawn, playing golf for nearly 40 years and never understood it until I watched your videos (and all on premium too). It hasn't been easy that's for sure without you being there in the flesh so to speak! I've been off 5 most of my life, but I never hit the ball that well believe it or not, just had a very good short game. All other ball sports seemed easy to me by comparison! MY MAIN POINT: I've still struggled with weight shift even thinking about target but the only thing that has fixed it is an increase in overall speed of my swing with a right heel 'kick starter'. I hope this helps some people, I was still getting stuck on my right side even thinking about target! Now with a total swing speed/momentum increase I'm into my left side before my backswing finishes. This is creating that lovely lag and keeping that right heel down and 'anchoring' the head at 20/20 until impact produces robotic repetitive golf shots. Setup and grip are so crucial too. Thanks for all your videos! 🙂
When I am doing this properly I feel a sensation of an unstoppable centrifugal force pulling my club down and there is no "hit the ball" whatsoever in my brain. I have no control of anything at that point. I use my legs to pump against the ground at impact to really make the club whip.
Shawn, What weight is Mu using ? Could you do this is a handle medicine ball and if so what weight would be best . The medicine handle ball could be used to throwing in to a net . Cheers Cobra team .
So good guys - no jumbo jumbo - no 5 min fixes - these are permanent building blocks! Premium explains it more!

Using a 15 pound kettle bell; 10 pounds for most is good, 15 is what I can handle and more than that, you better be a gym rat! 😝👍
What weight kettle bell do you recommend
