(hysterical routine btw) It's good to see you are resilient to recover from tragedy, toxic family members, and your own anxiety/ depression. One of the best ways to help with stress is exercise. I guarantee you will feel better after a good workout at the gym. A good alternative to the subway is Citi bike or Revel. I use it all the time and it's fun.

I also overcame my depression and anxiety and started college in another city and made a new life and friends but it always followed me and no matter the new life and being busy and also working, my anxiety ruined everything. I didn't study much, i had anxiety in class, at work, still had insecurities abt myself, my body, my life. And after 6 years i'm back at my house with my parents trying to find will to finish college. I tried meds for years, counseling, nothing helped. And even when i make myself feel better it hits me harder then before. So i think it will never go away and i'm osing hope, well i never had one lol.
