August me rainfall jayda hoga so road blocks mil sakte hain. Snow December se girna suru ho jayega lekin us time mausam kabhi bhi worst ho jata hai. End February, March aur April sahi rehta hai snow k liye.

You can easily find local taxies and they will charge between 10-20 rs per person. They have different routs so you have to ask them on which route they are going.

Yes September October is good. You will get clear skies. You can visit Kala pathar on ur way to Gurudongmar Lake. I am not sure about snow at Kala pathar. I will be coming up with videos from North Sikkim there you can get a lot of information. Do subscriber my channel so that you don't miss them.
I am planning to travel in November, I want to book a private car for traveling. I had few queries - 1.What is the cost for a day to travel via private car? 2. Should I book via some travel agent now or go to Sikkim and then book it. The travel agents are charging me bomb price now

You can skip Gurudongmar lake. Instead you can visit kala patthar, Yumthang Valley and east Sikkim

December is kind of non tourist season so you can easily get vehicles. Carry enough warm cloths. You may get moderate snowfall.
