Grace Keiser I agree. I end up I've packing my backpack every year and never use half the shit in it. This year I want to stay more organized since I am in 4 history classes and a biology class which are last of my general requirements.

I just finished college, but one necessity I always had was my water bottle and small umbrella! you never know when it was going to rain walking to class or back to your car, so it was nice to have one. I also kept a pair of socks in my bookbag in case my feet got wet and I needed to warm them up or change out of wet socks lol
Sarah Roberts she goes to school in LA trust me an umbrella is not needed often. Doesn't really randomly start to rain in LA. But definitely agree on a water bottle

Actually, southern california got rain this year. I used my mini umbrella for parts of january and februray.

I still bring ibuprofen to school and I'm in high school. My period cramps get to the point where I won't be able to do anything other than lay down and cry about it if I don't have ibuprofen (I'm not even exaggerating I swear) so if I get in trouble I could just tell them that. And also I keep it in my pocket so it's hard to notice I guess
yesssss i love my north face backpack!! i have scoliosis and have had a spinal surgery so having the flat, padded back helps so much! and at my high school they provide mac books during the school year so it is great to have the laptop pouch!

I go to school in Texas and I 500% agree with the sunglass thing. I also love them because you can literally roll out of bed for an 8 am or after a long night of studying and walk to class half asleep without having to make eye contact with anyone. Lowkey they are also great for avoiding those awkward hookups that you never want to have to see again too😂

I had the backpack reality check too! I had one break a strap on me in 10th grade so I upgraded to Victoria secret. Now, going into college freshman year, I'm rollin' with North Face as well!

I'm the exact same way with chapstick. And I've noticed that wax Carmex is the way to go. Wax will be the best way to go, because it seals in the moisture. Love you!! :)

tip for anyone carrying around ibuprofen - I get an empty tic-tac container (preferably the orange flavor, but it honestly doesn't matter) and fill it with the ibuprofen that looks near identical to the orange tic-tacs. in high school, they just think you have tic-tacs, plus you can pull it out and give it to friends and enjoy their weird looks when they're wondering why you're giving them mints instead of pain meds haha!

YYAASS Chapstick! That was always my number one necessity too! Even when I went out, I would have my keys, ID, phone, and Chapstick. My friends would bust my butt about it, but chapped lips are serious business.

With the chap stick thing, if you have dry lips that often it's cuz you're dehydrated. Try drinking more water, it'll help you out 😋
