- Do you have an RCA audio system and don't know how to connect it to your new TV? For this you will need a Digital to Analog audio converter to connect the TV to a 5.1 audio system that has only RCA inputs.

When I did it, the sound out of my speakers was a rasping sound, so it clearly hasn't worked, or maybe I have a dud one? Tried it on Aux and Tuner, the same

@@blastertechnology So I have four RCA connectors, two rights and two lefts, one is for phono and the other is for cd, could I plug my RCA cables into the L and R cd slots on my amplifier and then use this converter to get my TV sound played on my boxes? Or do I need a different amplifier, one that is not made for phono and cd.

Don’t use this digital to analog converter. The analog audio output is so weak that people have to turn the volume so high on their receiver.

I have a 55inch Samsung smartTV connected to a pair of Monitor speakers with RCA input. 've been using this solution for months, the problem is i can't control the output volume and i have to manually adjust the speakrs knob every time i want to chage it. Any idea of how to control de optical TV audio output with the tv remote? I've seen some DACs with their own remote for input select and volume.. is the only option? Thanks!

@@jessievandraanen Yeah, i bought a Amazon Fire TV Stick and its bluetooth DOES allow to control the volume with the speakers (So i'm no longer connected via RCA). The only way to control volume via RCA is with an ADC controller that has it's own volume remote controller (they exist and are nearly as cheap as the regular ADCs)

It depends on what outputs you have from your system 5.1.
i want to use maximize all the output (5.1) to have a good audio quality.
@@JoWeLib if your sound system has hdmi use that that’s the best possible sound quality. If it has digital toslink that’s the next best option. If not then use this method to convert digital to analog and connect to your system

Any one side only have audia output either left or right. And it will not separate output sound left / right. Just playing all the speaker at a time.. but this products not bad...it suitable for Whoever wants to get audio output from tv without audio seperation..

Hi. I’m doing the exact same setting with yours. The problem is, my analog speaker doesn’t play the sound from tv. It has buzzing sound only. The speaker works well if u plug in directly to my hp (rca output) but not from my tv (digital output) any advise on this issue? Tq in advance.

I have the sound from tv optical to converter. Then converter to speaker head unit. Sound is working no probs. But seems to be a delay from screen to sound. There is a lag that I can't seem to sync using TV settings. Very frustrating. Any ideas. It's annoying the way it is. So unfortunately can't use.
I don't know what it might be, I don't have that problem.
