I've been watching you for some time now and thoroughly enjoy your work (both video and mechanical) but that stuff you put at the end of this one broke me the eff up! Keep 'em coming!

Best thing you can do with a Mercedes is take it to a Lexus or Acura dealership. And you are right Jimmy in the flat rate world its be quick or starve. I'm glad I am hourly I am too slow for that. I try to take my time to do things correctly as if it were my own vehicle. I hear about the flat rate world alot from my father who is in auto body. He has a tough time with aftermarket parts and crap insurance companies like Geico who will send the cheapest, non fitting, flimsiest parts they can find.

All about their margins, then they hold employees accountable for “quality.”

Trick with those hoods is to put the hood in position 2 then closw it to position one and the shock lock will work

I usually follow the smaller channel. The content is more realistic and they are not pandering to the subscribers. You can't fake honest work!

That is the Snap On way, obsolete $6000 and $10,000 scan tools to sell more. Use the oldest technology in them you can so they can't handle updates soon. Convince mechanics and shop owners they should constantly be upgrading.
Sales 101.....Probably how their product development meetings go word for word. lol
