I have watched virtually every HOMEWORTHY TH-cam, and I must say this beautiful little home is one of the most interesting, well-curated, screaming with personality I’ve ever seen. Such a welcomed departure from the run of the mill Florida house we usually see. Thank you, Lewis, for sharing this gem.
agreed! every room was its own beautiful universe, but each flowed perfectly with all the others. AND on top of that, the attentiveness to geography and Florida design elements while still keeping everything distinctive and fresh is the best iteration of keeping a home true to its roots.
There is virtually nothing in Lewis's home that I do not love. My heart beat faster throughout the entire video, with each room. Kudos to Lewis for avoiding the Florida cliche of pastel pink, blue, green and white and for embracing the Hemingway vibe. Those mustards with the greens and blues! Those painted floors! Those fabrics! The Italian catydids next to the American blanket chest! This is one of my favorite episodes ever.
Now that’s what I call style. It’s got the quirks, it’s got the old world feeling, the flow of the rooms & the furniture & art so well mixed together. Beautiful but not pretentious like some immaculate homes one sees all fluffed up but has no soul. This is a real home. So unpretentious with the owner’s individual tastes not borrowed from some glossy magazine. The kitchen is to die for. I’d happily cook in that kitchen. Just love the home.
Okay, 3rd time through...I will watch this video and take notes many more times. Lewis could walk out the front door & I could walk in and change nothing. This is near enough perfect to be ideal. An absolutely beautiful home. The colors are exquisite. What a talent! Dream big & stay home. Thank you, Lewis and thank you, Homeworthy. It's been a privilege to see this.
As a modernist, I usually enjoy spending my free time rolling my eyes at the maximalist, "eclectic mix" that most traditional designers create. However, this man is a genius, a true genius!... the sense of place (classic Florida without the kitch), the sense of history, the visual hierarchy, the classic yet unusual color landscape, the textures, the emotional tone, etc, are all a true inspiration. I'll say it again: this man is a true design genius. Thank you so much for sharing! All the best from Mid Century Modern Los Angeles!
I've always been a fan of the old Florida aesthetic since spending time at my grandparents' home in Lake Worth in the sixties. When Lewis mentioned his guest cottages, I immediately began to hope for a sequel tour of those too at some point.
Lewis Miller is not only a talented floral designer, but a home "designer " as well...his NY home is just as charming, and I could listen to his stories all day.
One of my most favorite homes I’ve seen featured on any platform. Old world Florida meets modern world perfection. Every color and texture is so well thought out that it actually looks like a collected home not a designed home. There is a beauty to purposeful living and decorating that is sadly being lost in todays rush paced world. This home is a perfect example of what to do to live purposefully! Thank you for sharing!!
I just love that he took inspiration from the Ernest Hemingway era Florida to create this beautiful and unique home. It's such a breath of fresh air from the usual coastal decor. As others have already said, it's so well-curated and creative, and the little touches of whimsy are charming. And did anyone else notice that the colour of his shirt perfectly matches the colour of his eyes.
I love flower flash!! 🩷🌸🩷🌸🩷 You’re so sweet to arrange leftover flowers in huge arrangements on the streets of New York. Every day people need a happy surprise. 🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼 🪻🪻🪻🪻🪻🪻🪻🪻🪻🪻🪻 🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼
This is one of the most wonderful and most well curated houses ever shown on Homeworthy. Please more of these really unique and extra stylish but relaxed places.
My all-time, top two Homeworthy tours are both Lewis Millers homes! What a lovely, interesting, talented man! I’ll look forward to the guest cottages tour 😉!!
I truly love this man’s approach to life. His homes are so beautifully curated, they feel authentic to who he is. They are livable spaces, dog-friendly, and people friendly. I’m not interested in viewing those multimillion dollar homes that seem to be impersonal and over decorated. Love Lewis Miller’s floral designs and his homes. Thanks Homeworthy.
This house feels very peaceful and relaxing even with all the wallpaper...just lovingly curated w the old FL Hemingway vibe. I visited Key West in the 1960's and they did not have any AC anywhere...just lots of ceiling fans!
-Align in many ways, color choices (and reasons for those choices), etc. Savvy, tasteful, , interesting, textured, mellow-to-the-eye - place. Enjoy it, Lewis. Thank you for letting us see it.
Love love love this guy! He is perfection and absolutely correct. Your home should have things that you notice but then you see something else- all go together with a flow! I love how he finds unusual things that work! 💕
I lapped up every inch of this House Tour..... A manly version of a West Palm Beach home...... or similar words to that effect for sure. Absolutely loved the colour palate. But it also feels international. Job wonderfully well done. Could watch this all over again, now! It is rare to see three dogs so low key, together.
Absolutely GORGEOUS home! His dogs....be still my heart! Such an eye for design. If I had money I'd have his company send me an arrangement every week! The flash flowers in NY are genius....no advertising needed!!! Brilliant idea! Knock knock...who's there....me coming over to cook for you!!!!! As an aside: if Chef Bobby Flay had a brother....OMG resembles him so much!
As a Californian who is considering a move to Florida, I was so tickled to see this video. The historic effort Lewis took to curate this property is impressive. Well done!
I love the Homworthy series and this episode is one of the best! Lewis did such an excellent job of telling the story of his home. His home is so well-appointed with such great personality and yet it never felt too precious or too theatrical. Lewis had the vision when he bought the house and the result more than lives up to that vision. My favorite spaces are the kitchen and the sunroom. Thanks for sharing!
Absolutely gorgeous! So much of palm beach is BORING, White on white on white, and tacky. This is everything! Sophisticated, classy, interesting and unique with a focus on quality materials. In short, this lovely man has TASTE. Im obsessed with the library and kitchen, and especially the dressing room. Thank you homeworthy for being what AD could have been.
The decor is amazingly put together with things collected and loved. I thought the little touches of whimsy were magical. The three little babies running around absolutely warmed my heart. Such a lovely person and a wonderful home.
Lewis-You really honored this timeless home. It’s so refreshing to see architecture and interiors that collaborate. At first glance, some might think this home is so NOT Florida yet every inch is true Florida. I cannot get enough. Thank you so much for sharing. PS-love the Border Terriers!!!
Came here from Lewis' NYC apartment home...both are delightful! Mr. Miller is so creative, vibrant and articulate. I was so immersed in his design explanations I truly did not his work floral design tour, or home tours to end. A big thankyou to Mr. Miller for opening your heart and home to us all on Homeworthy---you truly blessed me.
This is next level from what is usually shown here. It is the epitome of sophisticated design based on an acute sense of spatial relations, an intimate knowledge of the history of decor and the intellectual wherewithal to pull it all together. This highlights the best of old world FL with a touch of English influence from NY. It brings me back to my childhood in Old Floresta and Miami Beach. I keep a plastic Palmetto bug in my refrigerator that I used to scare my grandmother with by placing it in hers in Boca but now I have some even better faux painting inspirations that I will copy from him for a mouse hole, dead butterfly and money on the floor!
I absolutely love the way he blended in all the colors like an artist on a canvas, your brush strokes are perfect each one to the big to the smallest. I found those colors are hard to pull off and together, yet you made it look elegant, warm, and so inviting. I know I will be watching this one over and over. He has been given a gift by God. He is perfection. I feel I could read a book and get cozy in every space. Yet have a formal dinner too. Poor butterfly, I love them. Peace!
Fabulous! Your dramatic flare and creation of flow with the lovely archways is perfection! Your clients are fortunate to benefit from your creativity and skill! Thanks for this tour!
Thank you for this amazing home tour! This is one of the most incredibly decorated homes I've ever seen. This gentleman, his beautifully unique home, and his pups are wonderful! ❤
I am in awe of Lewis Miller and his amazing artistic talents. And I adore his 3 pups. Terriers are my favorite breed. His are beautiful and I love how he takes care of them and loves them.
He is just darling…. I will teach him to cook….love love love his home…wish we could see how the people react to his beautiful flower surprises in New York…thank you for sharing with all of us. Hugs carolyn from Columbus Ga
As soon as he said "Florida before air conditioning", what he envisioned clicked for me and the color choices, etc. made total sense. I love the darker, moodier spaces. They are cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. Lovely home!
What an amazing , tranquil home. Love the colors, textures, wallpaper, rattan.. So wonderfully curated. I can't even imagine the dining room without the open arched to the bar area. It is a perfect use of space and light. The kitchen is incredible. The moody green tile and painted floor... and another beautiful arch. Wow, gorgeous design. The overhead shelf and brass touches lend such an old world feel . And finally the master bedroom is so cozy with that wallpaper, rattan chaise and the unique monkey side table. Love it all!!!!
Ironically, I would have expected a Lincoln Park Chicagoan have a greater sense of decoration than a West Palm Beach event designer. Here what I discovered and enjoyed is a person that is born with an eye for colour and objects, and marries objects with a We attitude, which perhaps explains well the perfect fused effect. Thank You for a soothing yet exciting and relaxing atmosphere.
Not normally a fan of Florida design but this home is absolutely amazing. It's moody (something Florida design often lacks), creative and layered. I love it. I think the added english elements work beautifully.
Just watched the video of Lewis in NYC and had to see his Florida home. He does not disappoint. So many special things in his homes. Would love to see the guest cottages. Farm kids make the best adults. More Lewis Miller, please.
Reminds me so much of an ex of mine. Landscape designer, obsessed with antiques, dogs, farm animals, birds, chickens, plants, flowers, vintage everything, but high quality.
I absolutely loved this tour and this host. This home is gorgeous but extremely welcoming and warm. Everything that he set out to do he accomplished in spades. Really great episode. "Why go big when you can go home" is absolutely my mantra.
"Florida meets English Country House". A very beautiful home, where the masterfully cohesive style and colour palette flows from room to room. I love how the curated pieces help create an interesting and harmonious whole. My absolute favourites were the two lady pillars. And I agree about dogs making a home come alive.
Your home is full of charm and it’s lovely. Feels comfortable and in all those saturated colors on the walls brings warmth and an expensive feel. Love this fantastic home
What a gem! The house is an absolute treasure! How wonderfully comfortable the moment you see the very first minute of it. Thank you for sharing! ❤❤❤I really enjoyed the homeowner host. Well done! 🙏
I LOVED the rich colors of this home and the interesting wallpaper & furniture - every room is so beautifully inviting and interesting. And boy, did I love his three trompe l’oeil whimsies! This was truly a lovely tour of a beautiful house. The gift of flowers to everyday New Yorkers is wonderfully generous and beautiful as well.
I think your flower flashes are very generous to give a feeling to the community. Everyone needs a lift in life and your decorating taste is very progressive. I've not had this sort of opportunity to build and design in my life but it makes me appreciate others expressions even more. Welcome to Florida. All the best. Very enjoyable NY tour as well.
Lewis Miller will love made in the Philippines, they made exquisite woven baskets, chairs, tables, and everything from natural stuff to beautiful nature even chandeliers, lampshades, even stuff from the sea..
Very small thing, but having the trim in the dining room the same color as the walls in the living room is brilliant! Coordinated but not same-same all over.
One of my favorites. The color palettes on this one are just outstanding and I love the way he nods to classic Florida heritage via Hemingway influences. In my dreams this guy buys another Florida apartment in the suburbs of Miami and does it up as a refined homage to the Golden Girls. I would contribute money to this project. Homeworthy please make it happen.

couldn't agree more! a delight!
I agree wholeheartedly! ❤
It’s so gorgeous and thoughtfully done! ❤
Love everything about him! Dog lover, plant lover, intelligent, creative. He is truly such a special person.

"Why go big when you can go home..." Great visit with Lewis Miller. Lessons for all of us.
What a lovely man! His home is a perfect reflection of who he is and what he loves. Thank you, Lewis!
Not only is his home beautiful, but Lewis seems like a genuinely wonderful and interesting person! I really enjoyed this tour!

I have literally turned into a poet over this house tour!
I love his old school beach shack "painted floor" Hemingway mentality.
As a modernist, I usually enjoy spending my free time rolling my eyes at the maximalist, "eclectic mix" that most traditional designers create. A brilliant, brilliant idea!!! Part II, PLEASE! He only just whet my appetite...... Totally delicious!
Lewis Miller is not only a talented floral designer, but a home "designer " as well...his NY home is just as charming, and I could listen to his stories all day.
"Like FL before A/C" -- VERY NICE!
Loved it all. But really would have loved to see your yard and cottages. Maybe another video ?
I’d also like to see the laundry room. 🧺
Every Homeworthy segment is a gem…thank you Allyson for being in our worlds! 💚
This is so special - one of the BEST Homeworthy featured homes. Exquisite. Artful. Super good taste. Yet comfortable. ❤️❤️❤️
What he does in and for NYC is such a gift!
One of my most favorite homes I’ve seen featured on any platform.

The house is perfect and the reason being is because of the owner with his sweet little dogs. Love it all! Thank you for sharing your home with us.
Quiet, Peaceful, Relaxing with Whimsical touches. LOVE IT!

Just a lovely home and a lovely owner. Great tour. Thank you .
When I saw the preview from my home state, with such a warm house, which isn't typical of the cold looking Florida home, I immediately loved it
Now that is a man with fantastic taste and a great eye!
Gorgeous, gorgeous, GORGEOUS!
This home is so comfortable -- love the color scheme. I would spend so much time on that patio!
Very special, thoughtful home. The dogs are adorable and I love how special they are to him. The pics of the flowers he did at events are amazing !🌻
That emerald green kitchen, the dogs and him calling himself a single dad made my day 🍀
I truly love this man’s approach to life. His homes are so beautifully curated, they feel authentic to who he is. They are livable spaces, dog-friendly, and people friendly. Lv the colors. I’m a 76 year old artist. Like you I Lv color in my home. Happy plxe
Love every layer and detail. The $50 bill on the floor by the bar is hilarious!
Fantastic. I'd love to see his home in New York.
Oh yes, me too!!!
Not only do I love this home, I really admire and respect Lewis Miller. He has a pretty amazing testimony!
This house feels very peaceful and relaxing even with all the wallpaper...just lovingly curated w the old FL Hemingway vibe. I visited Key West in the 1960's and they did not have any AC anywhere...just lots of ceiling fans!

one of the BEST homes I have ever seen! Incredible! Thank you Lewis! Thank you Homeworthy!
"Florida meets English Country House". A very beautiful home, where the masterfully cohesive style and colour palette flows from room to room. I love how the curated pieces help create an interesting and harmonious whole.
My absolute favourites were the two lady pillars. And I agree about dogs making a home come alive.
Nice relaxed home, barhroom and tiles on outdoor flooring were super.
LOVE THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL, COLOR, LAYERS!
Love all his decisions, whether its color or furnishings, but especially his choice of adorable dogs!
What a lovely man, to do that with flowers. His house is beautiful, I love it, thank you 🙏❤️
I LOVE Lewis Miller for so many reasons but to have this glimpse inside his
West Palm Beach home!🙌🏻
Thank you!!🙏
Love his style and his originality, he’s created a very unique home
You made it yours. WONDERFUL and COMFY !
How did I miss this? I am blown away with his design of this home!
Love this talented guy and his house! So refreshing to see such curated details!
Florida before air conditioning. Lol best description! I think he really captured the vision.
Amazing home. Love love all the greens. I am believing green is making a comeback. Love them all
One of my favorites.
Wow! Top #5 Homeworthy. !! Thank you for sharing this yummy home.
