Amazement is an infantile state of being which is rooted in ignorance, not sure if that's something any human being should cultivate. Only kids are allowed to be deprived of knowledge, for grown ups that's a waste of oxygen. Ignorance is a bliss to those who can't carry the power of knowledge; if you could carry it, you would probably find fulfillment in the realization of the fact that you are capable of knowing the mechanism behind phenomenon's, and that's actually 'amazing'

He already know it. He does multiple things. Mathematical and physiological. His choice of words are unique if you listen carefully you will understand. He is the best!
The people saying Dani knows which card the spectator will say are wrong, the first time Dani finds out the card value is when the spectator says it out loud. He doesn't know which _specific_ card will be named, what he knows is how to get that card into the right place during the shuffling ritual. He's essentially stacking the deck without ever having seen a single card, and without touching any of them, because he knows the position of the card before the ritual starts. Think of it this way, if you let a spectator choose a random card from the deck without you seeing it, and then you tell them to put it on top of the deck, then you know the position of the card without knowing the value, and you can then use a false shuffle or some other sleight of hand to position that card anywhere you like without ever having seen it. Dani is essentially doing the same thing, except he does it in the most ingenious and impossible seeming way, by having the spectators do all the handling. Remember that he already knows the position he's aiming for before the ritual starts, because the person who chooses the position says it out loud.

What's are the odds that this guy, and Penn from the other segment, both chose 21? I don't think that's coincidence at all, not for a magician at least. Notice Dani actually prompts it at 0:53 saying, "[think of a number] very high, maybe between one and twenty one twenty"; this is called Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
