What the actual f***... this is not possible! This is the most mind blowing routines I have ever seen, and I have been watching and doing this shit for over 20 years.
Dani is on another level. I own his 12 part ACAAN series, “Or Not,” and his Penguin Magic Live tutorial…and he STILL fools me with every new project 😂 #unbelievable
@@lautarososa112por lo general dani no usa mazos trucados… creo saber como hizo desaparecer el 3 de corazones (creo….) pero lo que no logro entender es como hizo aparecerlo en un mazo prestado!
Other magicians would not have drawn attention to the fact that there was no face up card in the blue deck but had that as part of the reveal. Probably not part of the method but I got nothing else in this very pure and seemingly totally fair routine.
I don't know what difference it would make, but when he's counting out the deck, as he puts down the last card he says "50, 51", even though it's just a single card.
It's just because the deck was actually missing one card in the first place. The card that got removed from the deck was the 51st, so Dani had 50 cards. In order not to ruin the show, he still said "50, 51" in the end, even though one card was missing (which doesn't really matter). Proof: At 4:07 he said "51, or 50 [...] but important is, the card is not here".
i know how he forced the card at the 23rd position, i can guess when he takes it out of the deck as well, i cant see the move but i have a good guess. HOW IS THE NAME OF ALL THAT IS GOOD AND PURE DOES HE MAKE THE OTHER GUY TURN THE RED CARD??!!!
How?! I realise now it must be there, the force, but it is impossible! Clearly it isn’t as he actually does it, but how much time do you need to scan a full deck, find the card and manipulate it to the right spot?! He just needs seconds… amazing
Clearly Dani is from the future. He has mastered time travel. He uses it to freeze time, bops in and out of space-time-dimensional worm holes. He moves the cards around. Then he comes back and we have no idea that he did all that.
I saw it few times. I have some idea how he forced the card at 23rd position very smoothly while talking. Dani can do multitasks with great skill and I am quiet sure no one can do so smoothly like him. I love his acts and because of him, I like the card magic. I have no idea how he did it, I thought too much the ways it can be done. It is just beyond me.
I can kind of see how he forced the card as well. I can guess when he removes the card from the deck. I cant see the move but i have a good guess (something people need to know about his performances is that they are absolutely lean as fuck there is NOTHING thats not a move or set up). But how in the name of god does he force the red in blue. Its just imposible, ill get the stake you get the matches.
Yeah the 23 it's really clever how he restricts the choices but still has to perform a lightning quick move. And that flipped card is truly brilliant, don't think I'll ever work it out :)
How do I figure out where to see you perform in person? There's being enthralled by magic, and then there's this other, bigger thing that is being ENCHANTED by your work.
LOL, so what you are saying is you understand shuffles, which is just as much as I do ;-) Amazing trick! I have watched several card handling how-to's and even though it hurts my brain following along, usually I sort of get it and mesmerize about the brains who come up with this stuff. But this, Dani is from a different planet. AS P&T often point out, Spain is THE sorcery _heimat_ when it comes to card magic. And it shows. Amazing!
@@jwvandegronden There's only one important card, and Dani knows exactly where it is the entire time. I just have no clue how it ended up in the blue deck assuming that the guy who was holding it the entire time wasn't in on the trick.
@@johndoe-jg7he I suppose the simplest explanation is that the red 3 of hearts is there all along, he just is able to handle the deck in a way that he keeps that card hidden when he shows it to the audience.
It's a forced card, he puts a duplicate in the blue deck when he handles it at 1:33. When he takes the red deck back and spreads the cards at 2:00 he's finding where the 3 of hearts is and whatever card is next to it. When he's counting out the cards in the red deck, he does a double lift when he reaches the keycard so he turns over the 3 of hearts and another card at the same time, making it look like one card and making it seem like the card isn't there. When he spreads the blue deck, he makes sure to only reveal the red card and not whatever blue card the spectator turned over.
One thing you need to know about his performances is that there is NO filler, NO random talk, literally everything he does and says is some sort of move or set up. I cant stress this enough, he does something every few seconds through the whole trick. Even things you dont really pay attention to like a random touch of a spectators hand or even changes in his voice tonality are NOT random. His tricks look chaotic but are the most structured things you can imagine. They are pure fucking art and if you know how he does them they are even more impressive.
I just don't get it, whenever I watch enough instructionals of someone I end up being able to figure the new tricks they put out. However, when it comes to Dani, I always get my brain fried.

@@jwvandegronden not at all mate. I would never be mean on the commentary box of a Dani DaOrtiz video man. I think it is great you are learning a second/third/wathever language. Cheers
I don't get it. *Well, Duh!!* Where in the hell does he find the opportunity?! The dude behind him is still shuffling through the deck on his way to the 23rd card when he gives the blue deck; he couldn't have palmed the 23rd card as it still has to be found by that guy behind him, and when he receives the blue deck after going through the red deck to find only 51 cards are there, he doesn't do anything fishy and the red card 3 of hearts simply is already there, in the blue deck!! All I can think of is mind manipulation, he steers towards 23rd card and somehow he manages _(we know he can)_ the 3 of hearts to that location and in counting he double blinds this card, _as the card freak he is,_ he knows where it ended up in the deck. And he pre-arranges the 3 of hearts as a double and plants it in the deck. Still leaves the reversal of one card back to its original position.... In short, no clue, no way, no chance! *Simply impossible!!* Too many variables that can go wrong, it is really out of this world, _that good!_
I have watched this too many times today, the only thing I can think of was that the 3 of hearts was in the blue deck all along but he fanned the cards in a way so we didn't see it. Then at the end, he again fanned the cards so that we did see the 3 of hearts but not the one that the audience guy turned over.
@@go2ten what you are saying is that as soon as the guy said 23, he manipulated the card to that position…. That would be amazing, have to see if I can catch him on it. That would increase my respect for him even beyond what he already gets from me. Is there a superlative for GOAT?
At 1:20 he moves a couple cards from the bottom of the deck to the top. It's a brilliant psychological force he does to get the audience member to pick a number in the low 20s, he did the same thing with Donny Osmond on Fool Us.
Awesome trick. My guess is the guy in green is also in the trick, look at the way everyone is in awe and happy while the green guy just look down after the trick is done. He must know something. Also, no way the green guy flicked a random card in a mixed deck and choose exactly the 3 of hearts (red). So either he prepared the 3 of hearts (with red back) before or Dani hand it to him during the trick. An observation of possibilities in the trick: (i) The way Dani said pick a 20 something card is suspicious too. After that guy say 23, he pull some cards from the bottom to the top to make sure the guy choose the card. So may be Dani knows the 23rd card will be the 3 of hearts and green guy prepared the 3 of hearts before. or (ii) Some how Dani get the 3 of hearts from the red deck and give it to the green guy under table. When Dani spreads the deck at 2:01, the 3 of hearts is still there when you zoom in. Dani had a long look at the faced up deck from 2:02 - 2:05, maybe to count and get the correct card? After he handled the card and return it to the guy at the back to cut and finish, it disappeared. He must be able to get it somehow and pass it to the green guy to put in the deck? Who knows :D Awesome trick
Dani is just that good, someone else explained a good theory. He wouldnt use help from someone in the audience, cause he sells the "how to" of the tricks on his website. So it wouldnt make sense.
The audience is a setup. The guy truly checks the 3 of hearts if you watch it in slow motion but then he counts again and looks again. Pretty sure the card is pass along the 4 guys on the left. There is no way to perform this with an uncontrolled audience. When he opens the red deck the 3 of hearts isn’t there already. The guy who “randomly” thought the number and checked the card is the only from the audience constantly pulling his sleeves up to give you the feeling he does “nothing wrong”. The guy on Dani’s right has a deck (what a surprise!!) which also IS BLUE (what an even bigger surprise) to make the contradiction with the red and make the card travel more persuading
