I "stumbled" upon this video on your blog today and am so excited to see your 6x8 album start as that is the size I've decided to use for the year with the hopes that the smaller size will align with my schedule and allow me to stick with it all year. You did an Insta story or something where you showed this and I was kicking myself for not screenshotting it because I wanted to see it again so when I saw this video pop up, I gasped! haha! Ali, one thing I have noticed that you don't mention is the WEIGHT of the paper in the Story Kits is so nice! I just opened my January papers while watching this and I couldn't believe how thick they are! I don't know if that changed or I just hadn't noticed the thickness but I absolutely love it. I'm copying that "open" page with the circle cut out and so excited about it! Still trying to figure out what I'm open to in 2023. That's puzzling me for some reason.
Thanks Tracie! You are right - we don't talk about that very much and they are SUCH a nice weight - they are the same weight as the journal cards which makes them great as a base foundation for a layout.
I love seeing your album. I’m definitely going to switch from PL to this type documenting in 2024 since my son will have graduated high school. Or maybe I’ll switch in the fall. There are no rules, right!
Hi Kathy! They are available in the month they are released (during the Add On period) and then any remaining inventory is held over to the next month and made available. Does that make sense?
@@KathyW5 I'm sorry! I misunderstood your question - they are just available as a subscriber Add On for a couple months (stays in the Add On area for subscribers to add for a couple months).

I am probably missing something, but why are the add-ons available in the month after the month where they should be used instead of in that month.
