Thank you mam.Poori dough calls for much less water and is kneaded tight using the same method you demonstrated.By doing so you don’t need dry aata while rolling them out and the oil is not wasted.We just use few drops of oil just Incase there is a need .If u wish adding a few teaspoons of rava adds a nice firmness to the poori as well🤩Always enjoy watching your videos as it brings back the memories from Kozhikode❤️
