I love the book.
I love the book, and all of Dr. Greger's books and videos. Don't forget that cocoa, chocolate and or sunflower seeds can cause acne outbreaks for folks sensitive to these substances.
Pity about the sound. There doesn't seem to be a mic in the audience. I didn't know what the questions were. Such a pity. I love his books though.

because they are aware of the damage they did -and do- to themselves every day, and in order to NOT be angry at themselves for doing that, they need to brush this info off
Because this is a man who looks frail, weak, unhealthy and about 10 years older than he is.. telling us how not to age. Obvious oxymoron aside, he preaches an extreme diet, completely bereft of super nutrient/protein dense.. bio-available animal products that have been part of out evolutionary diet for millions of years..
A small amount of fluid around the heart, can it be reversed on a woman that is now on plant based, only 5% blocked at 55 ???????
I would love to age like as graceful as Michael Greger (52) looking like he is 80 years old. I would be very surprised if he even makes it to 70.
And remember, he is THE HEALTH EXPERT, eating the most nutritious foods with polyphenols, antioxidants etc etc for 30 decades now.
How nicely he's deteriorate!

I’m sorry, but this man looks dreadful. Even his voice sounds prematurely aged. I hope and pray that he wakes up soon, and is courageous enough to change his ways.
I'm just 3 years younger, but look 10 years younger than this guy.
