    I just got a Cross XLE. I had a 2020 RAV4 XLE. I have to say this car feels very comfortable. The cargo space is almost identical as I haul equipment as a working musician.

      @vn01208503 it is a smaller car, but it rides and handles completely different. The RAV4 to me feels alot bigger. Plus the Cross has better gas mileage. The RAV4 felt underpowered for me off the line. I'm a musician and all of my gear still fits in the rear trunk so that was a surprise.

    I just got the ‘23 Cross LE, It does have a wireless charger however. I got it in The Celestite color as well. Gas mileage is immaculate, i just drove it to Georgia from Tennessee and we only stopped about 2 times the entire trip for gas. Mine doesn’t have heated seats or steering wheel tho, which is fine since i live in the Southern US. Overall i give it a 8/10 rating. My only complaint is theres not a lot of leg room being a taller person, but thats it. Great Job Toyota

    I own a 2022 Corolla Cross for several months now. Love mostly everything about it, but there are two things that must be improved:
    1. If you are in a situation where you need to quickly pick up the speed, you push the gas pedal, and the car literally digs itself into a place, in other words, make awful struggling noise and does not move. That can honestly mean life or death in a critical situations when one tries to avoid collision or a similar situation.
    2. If for a reason you must stop in the middle of a steeper hill, then start driving again, good luck. Similar result, the car can't accelerate promptly; one has to sloooowly be adding acceleration in order to continue the drive. If you add wet or snow/slippery conditions to that, you are not going anywhere. This is a first hand testimony. I live in a hilly Seattle.
    Would I buy this car again? Only if these issues were corrected. Otherwise no.

    • @athropos
      @athropos 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yeah I just test drove one and it accelerates slower than my 2009 134hp corolla, mind boggling.

    • @unariver5810
      @unariver5810 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@athropos exactly correct. I owned the 2006 Corolla, and never had the above mentioned issues. Very disappointed with Cross performing poorly with acceleration. I hope the hybrid model is not experiencing these issues, as I understand it has more HP, but am not sure on how it's distributed when power is needed vs. the gas engine model.
      I think it's the CVT transmission that creates the issue 😔.

      @@unariver5810 I'm going to test the Mazda CX30 today, hopefully I end up loving it. I was really sure about the corolla cross until I drove it and it felt floaty and disconnected and sluggish. Now I'm not so sure.

Ford has some great colors, and Chrysler does as well. If Toyota wants to appeal to younger buyers they need to pull their heads out of their collective behinds and stop the heavy bias toward BORING COLORS on most entry level vehicles. If you are producing more then two shades of grey than you are pushing it too hard. (Don't bother replying with grey cars sell more because that is a self fulfilling prophesy. Buyers can only buy the colors you offer.)
