Not sure if you really care with your excess of cash, but Max Repels are only better than Super Repels if you don't buy them in bulk. If you do the math, it turns out that Super Repels give you so many more Pokemon-free steps at much less money spent.

Unless you use Mean Look on the dogs (which I'm guessing Scykoh can't on Raikou because he probably doesn't have a member in his team that's faster than it) you literally get ONE chance before the they flee and you have to find it again.
