That base jump was epic. I wish I could date a girl who loves base jumping and skydiving, but the question is where would you go to find a girl like that.
@junkmailer2062 Base training is available in some countries, especially norway. No-one will train you without skydiving and canopy handling experience, usually no less than 200 jumps, and some crw training. any less experience is simply suicide.

Cool so whats the deal ? You turn up? Pay a few bucks and someone lobs you off the bridge? No training? No previous parachute experience required? Is it as simple as that? Sounds great ?
@TheHumanSuitcase I was wandering about that a bit before as well ;) now i know the answer i will share it with you. Basically the helmet won't help you in case your parachute won't open but it will help in case you loose control of your parachute and hit the ground at 40+ mph (similar to falling of a bike while doing DH). Though I'm not a Skydiver or a downhill rider a did a bit of downhill and trials and trust me if you hit your head on a ground or tree at 40mph it really hurts even with it on

it was. it's the only bridge in the world where BASE jumping is legal 365 days a year.
