NIce! In addition to my cleans and leads, I have a few hard rock / classic rock rhythm patches I created with McRocklin Suite, sounds amazing to me. (also thrash, hair and prog metal rhythm tones). I can get all the sounds I need/want from PolyChromeDSP McRocklin Suite. Sooo... I built a portable rig for PolyChrome DSP McRocklin Suite using BlueCat Audio's PatchWork to manage my patches; hardware is a Dell Rugged Extreme touchscreen tablet, Arturia Minifuse: 1, and KMI SoftStep2 MIDI floor controller + expression pedal. Everything fits in a small backpack. Setup is a couple minutes. USB connection between tablet and audio interface; I have wireless for my guitar; and one USB cable from my SS2 to the tablet; stereo out from the audio interface. Done. Works great, sounds great, portable, and no noticeable latency.
I have a Question? I have McRocklin and wonder if there is a program or host that can be used with both. I don’t know how to create a rig that would allow using both together and program to be used together. I don’t have Ableton or logic. I have been trying to avoid buying a modeler hardware unit, I was looking at Boss GX10 to replace an old POD Bean. Option overload is a real thing for me. Any ideas or advice for all to give would help me. Thank you.
In this video McRocklin was switching between HRK and McR Suite. There’s a few way that this can be done. Technically it can also be done without a daw but it might be a little more complex. I’d recommend joining polychromedsp.com/discord so you can discuss more easily with us and community members. 👍🏻

This is a great example of why I use both products on a daily basis; they couldn't be more unique. So excited for the future of PolyChrome ❤

Both plugins sounds amazing!!
Amazing intro! What is the clean preset on McRocklin suite?
It sounds like Afterglow with chorus and the delay changed to ping pong.
@polychromedsp Wow 👌 thanks!
