If you haven't, would suggest wearing the tri suit during a swim to check for fit in core/shoulders and/or feel with the sleeves etc. Also during a longer ride to get use to it's padding feel and brick run to check for possible chafing. Totally understand the mental/physical tiredness... prepare yourself for post race relief/blues (possible)/feel like you are supposed to be doing a swim/ride/run :)

Omg the bike routes over there are top notch!! views are beautiful 😍 haha it did help that I did that hill earlier during the ride, so we'll see what it's like 75K in 😬😅

I use the 160 gels but just sip them over the course of my run to avoid stomach upsets. I don’t know how anyone takes them all at once while running 😂 That’s why I like the hydrogels - they don’t spill everywhere in your pocket like some of the more liquid gels, so you can put them back once you’ve started them. ❤
haha im very much like "I just want to get ride of them asap and stop holding them" but i didn't realize they don't spill!! I would take half of a 160 and fold up the top hoping they wouldn't go all over the place haha 😅
