I have a theory about the sinking, I don't think the iceberg story rings true. How many ships have sunk from a collision with an iceberg? I think it's feasible that it was sunk from an explosion caused by a bomb planted by Irish Nationalists. The last port of call was Queenstown (Cobh), a nationalist hotspot. The ship was loading so the opportunity was there. Just a theory.
