I also share my personal experience with my Freezone business over the past two years, including some of the challenges and surprises I faced along the way. Hi Mabel, thank you for this video! Could you also share your experience with the registering for the corporate tax? Does SPC help with these kind of processes?

I have couple of questions, I would be happy if you answers to my questions.
1. SPC / Shams Freezone Closure/ Renewal fee, if you have only License without visas.
2. Freezone Tax filing and audit. In alot of youtube videos, they said even though you not reached 375k figures but you still have to file tax returns as well as corporate tax registration. What will you say?
3. Any hidden costs in these freezones if you have license with or without license.
4. SPC Vs Shams which is better?
5. Corporate bank account opening: now a days they are offering 5 activities under one license. Is it difficult to satisfy bank if you have multiple businesses under one roof.

Don't go with SPC..... It will be worst nightmare of your life.... Once you pay them they will forget you and not pick up your calls
Hey Mabel. I currently have a marketing agency in the UK and plan to relocate in around April 2025 but wanted to know if you'd recommend an agency to help? I've been looking at some of the options and they range from $10k-14k but do the entire set up process. I'd be moving my family out too so it would be something where I'd need visa's for 4 people (me included).
Just looking for some advice on whether you think it's better to use an agency or, just do it yourself.

This is a paid video..... Spc is the worst freezone..... I lost a lot of money dealing with them..... Once you pay them you are on your own..... She gets paid for every license they sell.... I am sure about it.... All they care about is money...
Is freelance visa has the same cost?
