This ending downright proves that the aliens are the true good guys of the franchise It's like they know what's really lurking in Silent Hill or that the town itself is evil and must be destroyed And I also think the reason they refused to attack in the first place was A to make sure no civilians are within the town And B to make sure their cover's not blown
Best time they could’ve gone to destroy SH was in 9/11, they’ll be so easily covered up as a terrorist attack but we also don’t know when the silent hill games take place and if there are other people being lured any other day.

I miss Team Silent so much... they had a most amazing horror but also has such an awesome and twisted sense of humour too. I love them. I wish we could either erase the existence of all the Silent Hill games since 4... or finally have a good Silent Hill game done by Team Silent themselves as an encore to say "Okay, this game is the LAST ONE - there will be NO MORE Silent Hill after this; but so we can at least end on a high note, here is another game in the same quality and style as SH 3 dammit!" Oh life would be so complete if this happened... but I can only dream.

Downpour was not even close to a step in the right direction... it was a step even farther off a cliff than the previous shitty Silent Hill games... It just manages to fool people like you into thinking it's story is deeper or more clever than it is... As well as having incredibly broken combat to make it "seem" clever in that it makes the character seem horrible at fighting, yet a prisoner of all people is going to have at least a bit more handle on using at least melee weapons -- yet the combat would make you think he was the most horrendous and retarded fighter in the entire series so far. I just can never understand how anybody thinks Downpour was somehow 'better' than Origins, Homecoming or... well.. it was better than Shattered Memories but it's not hard to make a more interesting game than that. Like the monster design on its own is so awful I can't even begin talking about the Downpour enemies in the same sentence as the originals... And even Homecoming at least had Silent Hill-esque monsters... Whether they had no actual symbolic reference to the nightmare that was going on. The unbearably obvious symbolism of clocks, bars, cages, prisoners, songs referencing confinement... It was so cringe-worthy...
It's maybe because we all know Team Silent isn't making new Silent Hill games and we're just trying to accept the new Silent Hill. Sorry but that's how change works. If it's not by the same team, then why treat it?

My copy of Silent Hill 3 had a slight scratch on the disc, the game worked fine except everytime I I got the UFO ending the game would crash and never got the chance to see it. Thank you for uploading this.

Silent Hill 1-3 all had a UFO ending, however it was Silent Hill 2 that also had the Dog ending. Shattered Memories UFO ending also has a dog reference to it in that ending.

As far as I'm concerned all the UFO endings are Canon to the silent Hill series
This is ironically the Best ending
Silent Hill 1-3 all had a UFO ending, however it was Silent Hill 2 that also had the Dog ending. Shattered Memories UFO ending also has a dog reference to it in that ending.

This is probably the best ending for humanity, as for the city itself, which has seen too much shit in its entire existence.

Underneath is has "honto ha tantei janainda" but it really translates to "Really not a detective" and true blue means "indicate a person who would likewise never alter their principles nor their allegiances" and "PI" means "the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter"
I came to the conclusion. P.I. stands for the circumference of Glasses 👓 detectives wear. Lmao!
So it may simply mean (Douglas) is not a loyal detective. Private Investigator.
But still, P.I. reminds me of P.T. 🕵️♂️🧐🤔💭
