Sitala Devi is a popular pilgrimage destination in Syangja. The Goddess at Sitaladevi is believed to fulfill the long-cherished dreams of her devotees. Sital Devi is considered one of the 'Shakti peeths'. Worshippers from different parts of Syangja visit the temple during special occasions.
Our Journey to Sitala Devi got started from Darangkhola Syangja, it took a 1-hour walk to reach the temple. The weather was in our favor which let us experience above the clouds moments. Latter on our curiosity to know the history of this temple leads us to Kumaltari and Jausidada Syangja.
This is a fairly easy trail suitable for everyone. Highly Recommended.
