I don't think I would like to go out there either when you had a nice open fire going...hahaha. But I have never been in snow so I would have to go out and make a snowman regardless how cold it was. Thank you for the video dad.
Mover. Its been a rough day at work (hospice) and I come home sitting with my dog and see this. Warms my heart…Magical. Thank you so much for making and sharing this. Made my day😇
It's interesting to see that even today, our area in Oregon is warmer (45 degrees) than yours in Mandeville although your and our low is the same tonight. Clear and cold here, our five little dogs don't like to go outside in it, even without snow. Cheers and give Luna a pat for us!
Awesome video! Brought back some great memories. I grew up with a German Shepherd, initially in S. California - no snow, but he loved the beach. Then we moved to Ohio where the first several winters produced lots and lots of snow - several feet, many school closures, etc. His first experience was hilarious. As soon as he got outside, he zoomed around like a nut. For some reason he was shocked at us kids making snow angels - he'd jump on us and roll around in the snow next to us. When our neighborhood kids would have a giant snow ball fight, he'd chase the "balls" and honestly looked puzzled when they "disappeared" after a hit, or a miss landing somewhere in the deep snow. He'd even shove his head into the snow looking for the "ball" and his snow covered face after coming up empty looked hilarious. 🤣
Thanks for posting. I'm Canadian so my dog is accustomed to snow but as a blind toy poodle she's not fond of it. Luna was getting in touch with her roots so fun to watch. Made my day.
Early on, Luna seems to be saying, "Husky? I'm only a halfsky!" But it looks like she got into it! Does she like to play ball? Make a snow ball and throw it, she'll go crazy trying to find it! Also, I love the brief BTS looks at Casa De Lemoine!
Thats is how my Eastern European sheperd was then he started to explore and then it was find my sticks game. Then he loved it and the Corgi well he had a buddy making paths in our 8 inches of the white stuff here in Gulfport MS. Got to laugh they used a measurement for snow fall 4 miles away in among buildings at the Trent Lot Combat Readyness Center. AKA the military side of Gulfport Biloxi International Airport. I have a nice wooded lot and got 8 inches
As an over-the-top dog lover, this just made my morning. Thanks for sharing, Mover. I follow you and Gonky, and enjoy all your guests - TASMO, Wombat, Mace ..... But i am happy to find your Luna channel. Last October we lost our 12 year old Golden Doodle Spencer and still miss him dearly, as does his brother Jackson, so we understand that both you and Luna have to deal with losses. It is sad that we do, but we are always comforted that we do not have to go through them alone.
That was awesome. I'm in Wisconsin so very used to the snow, but I always find it amazing when dogs or kids that have never seen snow, get to experience it for the first time. Thanks for sharing Mover!
Mover Luna,s the axis your world turns on and as a dog owner its only natural, they just brighten up your world ,enjoy the snow Luna,oh and CW . Kym Adelaide
Luna right there with you, I'd rather be in front of that snuggly fire too. Happy to see she loved it after so many tries haha, did you, C.W. build a snowman too? Forgot to mention great video with the overhead views of all the snow, love it!
Smart girl, Luna. Wanting to make sure she knew what she was getting into first. I'm in Charleston SC and we got several inches of snow too. First time in 7 years. I was living in New Orleans during the 1973 snow, and got stranded at a friend's home in Metairie for a few days. Always a pleasure to see Luna Belle. Thanks, and stay warm.
She's definitely a Southern animal. It gets well below zero with wind gusts that blow over semi trucks 🚛 where I'm at. I don't think her paws are used to the cold 🐾🥶❄️ I would check her paws just in case. According to Google, Vaseline and or booties might be good for her. She's a Husky but she's a southern one.
What a fun surprise for Miss Luna Belle! I thought of her yesterday when our local news (WA) mentioned the big freeze and snow down south; I wondered what she would think! So happy to see her exploring and playing in the snow, getting in touch with her husky heritage. Thank you for posting this fun video. Hugs to sweet, sunshiney Luna 💛 She always brings warm cheer to all 😊
That was a "No, daddy, no" look. Loved the wink she did when she was back inside though. Kind of like, I forgive you. And also, Dad, Cold Paw Syndrome is a thing, husky or not.
Luna sure did show she's a southern bell, half husky or not she's not a snow dog thats for sure. You better never move to the north Mover or that girl might disown you. I'm also quite suprised that you got that much snow as far south as you are.
Once Luna figures out she’s a Husky, don’t be surprised if she wants to sleep in the snow!
She's like: I don't know about this snow thingy but since Dad likes it so much I'm gonna have to go and play with him for a bit;)
This video brightened my day. You'll never know unless you try. Thanks Mover and Luna Belle.
She needs snow booties dad!❤
Luna has grown so much, and in so many ways! 🐕
What a beautiful video. My pomsky sits outside in the snow for hours here in Canada.
8:24 That made my day. Luna's opinion, snow is okay, but when do we go flying? Like father, like daughter. ☃️❄️🐾
reminds me of my dog ellie when she was young.
Once took out a horse from the Ft Knox stables, the only direction he wanted to go was towards the stables too.
Thanks for sharing. That's a fun way to start the day.
Wow, that is a lot of snow considering you never get any. Crazy weather.
I don't think I would like to go out there either when you had a nice open fire going...hahaha. But I have never been in snow so I would have to go out and make a snowman regardless how cold it was. Thank you for the video dad.
Luna: “Dad I am not a huskie! So start shoveling!”
Wait….do they have snow shovels in La ?
Mover. Its been a rough day at work (hospice) and I come home sitting with my dog and see this. Warms my heart…Magical. Thank you so much for making and sharing this. Made my day😇
Hospice is so sad but rewarding. I am glad you have a fur baby to comfort you on the bad days, and to be your companion on the good ones.
That's a serious snow, Mover, even for here in NJ. Looks like Luna warmed up to it.
She's a little like my dog, Charlie. Doesn't want to be out while it's actively snowing but loves to run around once it stops falling from the sky.

😆😆😆 Lunabelle is giving that " I don't think so" look ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Meanwhile, 2 huskies are like ..what do mean we have to come in…
Really liked the chapter format

That first scene Luna was like - Nope, I can tell by your voice I'm being setup. She is such a wonderful girl.
You are getting more winter weather than we are here in western Canada.
Luna experiences mando-fun.

Luna is a sweetie!
She’s such a good girl ❤
What fun Luna and too funny!

That made my day, thank you both. They like it when you throw it in the air.
This made our day! Thank you Luna. 💙
Luna's so adorable! Can't believe all the snow you guys have, that's amazing!
❤

Its been nearly 4 years since our snow storm like that here in east Texas, my dog ate it up that time.
She warmed up to it eventually. She can come up to Canada and enjoy for 3-4 months at a time.
That was awesome. I'm in Wisconsin so very used to the snow, but I always find it amazing when dogs or kids that have never seen snow, get to experience it for the first time. Thanks for sharing Mover!
Luna getting in touch with her "Husky"! Very cool!
Also in LA. my cat ran out for a bit yesterday and she was quickly "nope" after getting into the snow for a bit.

Snow is an acquired taste. Love from Buffalo.
Beautiful girl, best friend in the world. Perhaps she's now ready for the Iditarod?
Husky confirmed. Good to see you both doing good
Thought you were about to fall in the pool :)
Nice drone shots :)
Love it!

You guys got more snow than we did north of Boston our last storm a few days before. Good to see Luna trying to go to her breed instinct.
Thanks for Sharing Luna first snow day :D

😃
Dad whats this solid rain this isn't supposed to happen here
Luna: “This ‘snow’ is overrated. And these humans aren’t too bright. Luna…OUT!”
Who's a good girl?!
