Hi. i think the answer to the first true/false/not given is actually NOT GIVEN. This is because we do not know anything about Henderson, only about Alexander. The tricky bit is the name of the subjects. It is different?

Hello Asiya, I had this doubt in question number 4. The question says "some number" of species and the statement is a "Good number" of species, so shouldn't the answer be 'False'? Furthermore, a good number live in captivity not zoo? Please through some light on this. Thanks
for the first question, the family stayed at Press Castle.OK......but that doesn't mean they're in the Press estate as it's not stated in the Text. So we guess Press estate from Press Castle . Shouldn't it be NOT GIVEN?
Hi Asiya, Thank you so much for making this video, it really helps. Regarding the question#9: The question talks about "an improvement" in the needs and, the text talks about "fulfilling" them. But fulfillment is just meeting the needs and, improvement means upgrading those already met needs or making them better. So, shouldn't the answer be "Not Given"? Because the text doesn't talk about improvement.

Allowed to choose means that the staff has a freehand in deciding when to take time off during their shift, but "allowing adequate breaks" this is in context to the management and means that the the management will be the one to decide and make the breaks long enough (appropriate). Doesn't this represent a direct contradiction?

This is an official IELTS example. "Some" doesn't necessarily mean just a few, but it doesn't necessity mean a lot either. It may be either of them. All in all, the meaning is close enough. When the answer is false, there will be a very clear contradiction.
I scored 8/9, I did wrong on question no. 5. I guessed it as TRUE, Which is incorrect. Because as you mentioned question States "Zoos have always" Whereas the passage says "Zoos used to be" which of course is a direct contradiction even though all the reaming statement matches, Therefore correct answer is FALSE.
