I have a doubt with respect to initiation factors here. Sir, IF1 binds to A site & IF3 binds to E site right! In the video at 5.25 i think it's written other way around. So just wanted to confirm
IF1 & IF3 binds to smaller subunit of Ribosomes. so there is no relationship with A, P or E site as those are parts of Large subunits of Ribosomes
