Amazing work brother. Keep it up 💪 Little tip 😉 Don't allow your shoulders to extend upwards when finishing the rep. It leaves the shoulders very isolated and susceptible to injury. So when you're setting up and un-racking the bar you'll squeeze your shoulder blades and lock in your back/shoulders. Then you just straighten out the arms at the top of the lift but keep the shoulders locked in. Hope that makes sense.
@@dannywolfstrongman there's a guy called alan thrall on youtube that does very, very detailed form videos. he has a great one on bench if you're interested. A few little tweaks and you'll be making this weight fly like nothing soon
Great video dude, I highly recommend not putting a "collar" at the end of the bar. (That plastic clip you put on after the last plate). Not having one on lets you slide the plates off if you've gone too far with too much weight. It personally gives me a lot more confidence to go with a higher weight without a spotter, knowing that I have way out.
push ya bench back inwards a little more so your safety bars are right under the bar at its lowest position my friend You can go as hard as you like when you take care to be safe !
dont EVER give this up no matter what anyone says

he doesn't need it man, he has those safeties there set up. even with the collars, if he fails the bar will just land in them
