MALTA is my homeland! I live in Canada but I will always call Malta HOME! Beautiful!
ACtually Maltese timeline was: Neolithic people from Sicily, then Phoenicians, then Carthagineans, then Romans, then Western Roman Empire, then Vandals, then Goths, then Byzantines, then Arabs and Fatimids, then Normans (so yeah vikings)..., then Swabians (Germans), then Angevines (French - Anjou), then Aragonese, Kingdom of Sicily, back to Aragon... Finally 270 years under the Knights of St John who defeated the ottoman empire's advancements in the Mediterranean, 2 years under Napoleon (French) and 164 years under the British.Then in 1964 we got our Independence.
TheMaltamonument malta's history sounds like Lebanon's. Lebanese people were conquered over And over but they kept getting through it. Thus why called Phoenicians!
Cause Phoenicians were not Lebanese now a days Phoenicians sorta became Lebanese became one.

The Italians were absolutely not the first settlers in Malta, and even the Sicilians who repopulated the islands after some 700 plus years were nothing like the Italians we know today. It's only about 45 minutes long but I would highly recommend visiting The Malta Experience for a brief run-through of about seven thousand years worth of history, followed by a tour of one of the old hospitals in the time of the Knights Hospitaller. Preferably at the beginning of your visit so that you'd already have a good background of most other places you'd visit during your stay.
Went there 2 years back when the azure window was still there. Sad that it’s gone!!! Was nice seeing Malta again in your vid though.. Valletta and Medina were cool! Hope I see them in your vids

I went to gozo by bicycle, I was the only one (that day) on the ferry boat. It is a good place in June or in September for a 7-10 days holiday: 2-4 sightseeing tours, one salsa dance night, one disco party with youngs or a disco boat, swimming. Beware of sunbathing! The jellyfish attack was also dangerous one day.
There are not too much farms to my mind. It is a very dry place (almost desert).
The pollution may have diminished in the area after Azure Window collapsed. Less power-motorboats travel there.
ah, Malta is awesome! I went there on a divetrip a few years ago, but the sights and history on land was very interesting too! Will def be going back after seeing your video!

This place reminds me of Aruba. There was once a natural bridge there, but it collapsed as well. Its sister islands (Curacao and Bonaire) still have one though. I forget which one, but if you want to see a natural bridge, I highly recommend one of those places if you want to see a natural bridge. Aruba also has an awesome natural park with a natural pool

Malta is the most beautiful country in the world! I am so upset that I didn't get to go to the Azures Window. I have never been to Gozo but mainland Malta is amazing in every single way!

Malta is Great! We where there last year in September for 10 days. Was way to short! Wanted to go to Gozo but we didn't make it. Went to Comino Island, Bllue Grotto and ect. It was amaaazing! Have to go back for sure. Thanks for your video

Actually what you said at 1:00 , technically you're only talking about our language. First Arab, then Italian and then English but that's just how our Maltese language came to be. We're just maltese people, with a lot of diverse tourists.
Generally speaking when it comes to history the "English" always are last in the invading and conquering context. (Greek, Roman, Arab, and English).
Winter there seems more beautiful really, green and less tourists.
I'd suggest investing in a drone. Then you could do the beautiful shots like Casey Neistat.

I went to Malta last month and I fokin loved it, bit annoying when it went couple 100 degrees but other than that, I loved it, btw I stayed in villa Berta on Gozo

I can assure you that the reason why you did not get a flat screen TV in your rental place is very simple and straight forward.... If the unit is rented to Maltese folks then yes … it was the best thing to go and put a non flat screen. Why? Because Maltese folks used to have a tendency to take things they like. A flat screen may fit in a luggage and poof before you know it is not there anymore. Try sneaking out that bulky one you showed on your video. When I was still living in Malta neighbors friends etc would bring back the airplane blanket and even non plastic cutlery. If they go to a restaurant and they fancied an ash tray.... gone. Unfortunately, this was a fact of life. Foreigners do not do that but I can assure you Maltese did and may still do. Maybe they changed but ….. just in case. So yeah! No flat screen.
