I was wondering the same thing... in fact, I'm switching my data model from a collection of documents each with a list of one or more images to just a single image per doc. so, instead of one doc with a list of images (which was my initial and preferred approach) I am now switching to just a single image path element per doc, lots of docs in the collection each with a field keying it back to its parent or related doc).... thoughts?

​@@NncFactsss ​ The same for me "There's no Upload Type".I encounter below issue although my Firebase storage was authenticated and activated. Tried with data type is String instead of Image Path then everything is ok. Can you please help me on this. Thank you very much!
Friestore update: Field "image" cannot be set from a local file. Consider changing Upload Type. Error in Database action for IconButton.

There's no Upload Type on the action Upload Media. How do I upload to Firebase then?

Most common mistake is that you dont have authentication or activated storage ? Have you made those steps?
