I love the way this is presented, challenges and hiccups gives originality and keeps the viewers hooked!
Thanks, very pleased you liked it!
:3 Nice. Also, nice with Spider-Man, as it was founded by a fellow Jewish brother, like most comics were.
Why can't I see the preview of the app I'm creating with Adalo?@@RawStartup
This is really a great demonstration showing the actual challenges in a creation journey. Thank you for showing the real way.
Thank you, yes not easy to build stuff!
I think a nice idea for an App is an Anki type of system for spaced repetition. You write down cards with questions that keep growing (for example, vocabulary when learning a language), and cards are shown more often or not depending on whether you knew the answer. It requires a 'simple' user interface, in principle no connection to external services, but the software logic and algorithm to decide when to show each card will require deeper thinking
Great idea, thank you very much!
I’ve built such a system, it uses supermemo2. It took months tho.
Amazing job showing how to ask and inspire others to get to do the heavy lifting for you! 👏👏👏 We need more executives like that!
Also the "we" in the title! Muah, masterpiece!
Thanks, glad you liked it and picked up a thing or two!
Thank you so much, Heini! You inspired me a lot! Once I finished making my app, I'll share it with you. btw, I'm using Vivino almost every week. Thanks again!
Fantastic thank you!
What do you like best about vivino
Thank you Heini! It was exciting to build this App with you! ❤
A lot of fun and I look forward to doing another one!
I love how a lot of the challenges were presented as well. This is so important to the process! Id love to see videos where it goes into the building of the tool and the decisions the dev had to make in order to create the app aside from the tech stack. Id like to see his thought process on other facets of the design process.

Thank you! Great and fun video, finally I didn't fell asleep while watching a video. I would love to see you expand this idea and add more features to it, like a user login page and a database.
WOW! Great idea to show your behind-the-scenes thoughts, workflows, experiences, evolution... 🙂
Glad you enjoyed it!
This is a brilliant demonstration of the power of no-code platforms (like ours)! Well done, Heini!
Thank you very much, glad you liked it!!

@@amanbibhuti2390 i wish it was no code no money, zapier as soon as he said zapier I quit the video
Heini, you’re awesome! How about showing us how to build an app using databases and user data? Maybe start with something simple like being able to automatically send Texts/SMS to individuals on their birthdays?
Thanks, yes something we should do a look at, but probably as a part of a product. I want to build a real app that solves some problem, but databases etc. should be a part of that. Thank you very much!
@@RawStartup Fantastic! Let’s think big and solve a problem. Is there any specific sector that you are looking at? Or is everything fair game at this point?
@@RawStartup How about actually posting their photo or video on story to wish them. All we have to do is to put date and some memorable pictures of person in app, and every year without reminders, there’s birthday wish story/status is uploaded on social media, with a message sent personally. Please response me, id you like my idea, coz I’ve more wonderful ideas
Zapier is great and has a head start, however n8n is worth checking out if you are not afraid to do some low code. I prefer this because at least you also have a bit of an understand on the systems and are not totally reliant on whatever Data Engineers tell you. Also n8n has a totally self hosted open-source version where you control your privacy.
Thanks yes Zapier is amazing, but you do pay a price for being no code. I didn't know n8n,, but will check it out.
I'd love a behind the scenes look at him putting it together in real time.
Yeah maybe we should do a longer more live video
Finding your channel and this video is JUST what I needed today. I am going to create an app that works alongside a website, so that users can log in on their phones or on their computers. The focus is to provide a very much needed central community and services for a specific hobby group made up of tens of thousands of people. There are specific needs to be met within this app that are unique to the group, but are most likely typical needs of other groups as well. Your video has provided me with the hope that I CAN do it! I have almost zero code experience and absolutely no experience creating an app. Would love some suggestions for where to learn next on this journey. Thanks!
hi, let me know when you start as i would also like to learn how to create an app as im hesitant. Although im a web developer and know basic of coding.
I've just subscribed to you channeel just because you showed a real case with all the struggles, "mistakes" and a realistic result, instead telling fairy tales. worth to mention that I am a seniour developer with 10+ years experience
Thanks, appreciate it, yes the real world of building products can be rough!

Bro…. 😂
Love this! I am trying to create a very user friendly scheduling app specifically for the infant/toddler survival swim industry. I know there are currently tons of calendar apps in the market but I haven’t been able to find one that does what I need it to do and the ones that have the capability are very difficult to use and set up for the instructor. I have been in the industry for over 5 years now and I know this is a big headache for everyone and it is such a major part in getting these kids into lessons because as we know, everyone likes things to be as simple as possible especially things that should be simple like scheduling appointments. This app would be the start of my mission to keep children safe against something that is preventable like drowning and hopefully lead to more parents getting their kids into swim lessons as early as possible. I really need the help to get the word out but I am just a firefighter/paramedic and have been for over 14 years so my skills are limited in the advancements in the technology world. I have investors that believe in my vision so I’m doing everything I can to make this happen. Please reach out if this sounds easy enough to help me start. Thank you. Keep the content coming!
Thanks that really does sound like a very important mission.
Hey do you need help launching your app?
:00
But how do infant have a phone?
Can you leave your contacts, we are building similar app. I think maybe we may combine our work ?
Thank you for the video Heini! Really useful!
Fantastic thank you
Thank you Heini! It was exciting to build this App with you!
This was a great demonstration! Although, app itself is not generating anything for me, it's failing somewhere in between :)
Basically what I got from this is that using a no-code solution will massively increase your costs and slow down your development time. 😲😔
Thanks for the video!
Could you make a video for young entrepreneurs, with things you have learned along the way? I have a lot of ambition, but I feel like I'm missing some guidance because the people around me aren't into entrepreneurship.
Cheers!
Thanks, yes I do believe that is very important! I actually did a video like this a few years ago, a lot has changed, but still stand by it: th-cam.com/video/sbOVNBfJfOU/w-d-xo.html
Maybe I will update it at some point!
@@RawStartup thank you!
Thank you for providing such valuable content! I wanted to express my gratitude for the informative material you shared. It has been incredibly helpful.
Furthermore, your content has inspired me to consider creating a similar application that fetches data from two external resources and presents the compiled information to the user. I believe this could be a useful tool for many individuals.
If someone have any insights or knowledge on how to implement this idea in detail, I would greatly appreciate it if we could connect. Your expertise would be immensely valuable in bringing this project to life!
Thank you very much, very happy to be of help. It is hard for me to find the time to connect, but I wish you all the luck in the world!
Fantastic video, just what the doctor ordered:). Thanks
Love the recap at the end.
Great thanks yes, important to learn from it
Very nicely presented. The topic is very interesting. Hope to see more projects in the future.
Thank you!!
I’d love to see him build the app, like behind the scenes, there’s no how I can do it without that please
Thanks we might do a more detailed version at some point.
Hey do you need help launching your app?
Good demonstration on how much time is spent in preparing solution rather than jumping to the computer and start coding.
Only problem here is the time constraints. The linger you dig into problem the better solution will become but there's always a line that one should not cross for their own well being.
As software grows it can incorporate more and more features ,reduce latencies, accomodate more users and deal with complexities over time. A proof of concept can skip all the major hurdle and use 3rd aprties to solve basic needs but at some point it will choke their growth.
Over the decade, I've seen pepple making irrational decisions based on how comfortable they feel vs what's best for their future. This video can be a good lesson on how you manage resources, skillset and capabilities within timeframes to get best possible outcome that keeps everyone happy.
Ofc there'll always be better approach, but do what makes practical sense and get things done!
Thanks! Yes some great thoughts there.
Great practical content which is rare these days.
Thanks, glad you liked it!
I have to say this is a great video. I like this simple way to make app looks amazing. thank you for the demonstration on how to create an app
Thank you very much, that is greatly appreciated!
Great Content sir... now we need Completed Series of Adalo tutorial :D
Noted, maybe I should do that!
Awesome format! ❤
Y'all should make the tutorial for this app. Brilliant!

Dating app. You interact with AI and ask it series of questions. It asks you questions. Then when someone who fits your profile it automatically pairs you together based on profile metrics of compatibility.
Very interesting idea and maybe AI can help find love...thanks!
I vote also for this one
This is a fun one. But I hope everything was shown on how it was done including the zapier and dall-e part.
Thanks!
Great video💯✅
Im looking to build a barometer app, any thoughts on which platform would be best?
Tennis court reservation app. Every place has it's own schedule. What if we could see all reservations in one place instead of checking each separately. All courts in the city. Pull data from every company. In some cases you even need to call by phone because that company cant afford manage its website. (Even suggest company some discount if high vacancy)
Thanks yes this is a great idea and it will come. There are a few players out there already. One is called Playtomic. Good idea, but will be competitive, which is ok if you're up for it!
@@RawStartup Here in Japan, we have an app called tennis bear, which matches tennis players.
For the app Adola, do you need to pay to save your app, because I don’t see any button that saves, unless it’s the publish button and I will have all of my saved things still and able to still work on it
Thanks, but sorry not sure about the current terms.
很酷! 非常棒的思路,感谢分享。
Very welcome!
Could you do one that summarizes research papers? You could also add text to speech functionality
That is a fun idea also something that Chat GPT is really good at

Can you share more about the Adalo integeration with Zapier. I.g. How are you setting up the zapier output with the UI.
Thanks yes maybe we should do a longer more detailed version
Love working with flutter, Api and AI
They are great!
Can an app like this be placed on the Android and Apple Playstores? or only used via sharing the link?
first time coming across your content, fantastic video, and I love Vivino!!!!! :)
Welcome aboard! Thanks!
I like your videos. I was wondering if you have ever made a one page pitch deck with the essentials - then have the longer form for investors as interested? I am also in the US - west coast. You ever do any live events or ways to connect? Have a 9 team international startup that raised $100k in 5 days but need to do another round of $1m and do not have any warm leads - thanks
Thanks, however long your pitch is, you should still be able to put it all on one slide with say 5 bullets. This way you show that you really understand what is important in your pitch.
I'm afraid I don't have time for any live events right now. Good Luck with it!
In RPG games, all players are at the centre of the Universe and people like that importance. But on social media, most of us are not at the centre of attention. How about building a social network that is full on bots that behave like humans and all of them pay attention to the human users?
Wow that is an interesting idea, basically 10 bots, at least, for every human. This really is a fun idea.
Human want attention from other humans, not bots that like and comment like humans.
@@SarthakSabharwalMusic I disagree, some people willing to pay for chatbox girlfriend and I believe there's market for this for introverts and people with autism.
@@3nityC It went viral for novelty. Chatbot girlfriends have still not become an industry and never will!
@@3nityCtheres already heaps
Very nice. Can you use this same method and have a membership for the app? I'm looking to do an app where someone can add their name in the text so the story becomes personal. Is that something this program can do? Thanks...
Hi Heini. How about Vivino for whiskey!? Just an idea from a French who lived 5 years in Scotland, is part of the Whiskey Tribe and an investor in the Faer distillery 😊
Thank you very much, I have to be a little careful, maybe Vivino will do that some day
I am a proponent of the no-code approach. However, if we take into account every element/platform/logic that is needed to be able to develop our app/wep-app, we have to deal with the monthly expenses.
I mean: it is possible to do everything in no-code, but it requires an initial investment of money, which can sometimes be too expensive at the infrastructure level, because all the platforms that offer no-code features have a monthly cost, so our app/wep-app can get to cost a lot every month.
So, is it better to spend every month or just make the initial investment of development from scratch?
Thanks yes these are valid points, but I do think these will come down in price over time.
swim app with workout data base and training plans from beginner to pros.
nice vids btw!

“We” built an app..
One person did the job.
For sure!
You don't need more trouble introducing Zapier, the no code tool itself should be able to sense and integrate everything. He must be an affiliate.
love it! thanks for the video
Glad you liked it 😎
How about an app to match professionals to companies that need them for short-term projects?
Thanks, yes that could be interesting. There is some competition in this space for sure.
There's already lots of marketplaces that do that like upwork
This is brilliant.
Thank you!
I was trying your app with the link but when I click on create button after inserting the prompt it gives error. However thank you for the video and motivation.
Great thanks. I got an idea for an App. I thought to make it my self, but since it's a whole new world for me, I quit at the start. I wanted to build an app for my Samsung S21 Ultra Camera. Just to duplicate the functionality of the existing one in the hope to understand the process of No Code workflow. I tried to look for the API, I didn't even mange to do that. Would you consider this request? P.S. To make it simple, just photos no videos. TIA
Thanks, we would probably not do a camera unless there was something different with the camera. So maybe a camera with a twist.
Great video because of hiccups/ challenges shown. I woujd lije to know and learn more. Is there any video in which making app process is shown / discussed in details.
And also please do answer my query i asked previously.
Thanks yes welcome to the real world, things are not always very smooth. I don't have another that is more detailed, but check my How to make an app video
Hi, How can I build an app for my team to provide some sort of dashboard on daily progress by integrating multiple excel reports, and/or PPT
can you tell me more bout your idea. Its possible to create but you have to narrow down to what the goal is.
Eventually something concrete and applicable - can you do a video on creating a chat service?
Thanks will add that to the ideas list
Wow this is so cool !!
Thanks, glad you liked it!
You can build a quiz app or a language learning app by quizzing users by fill in the blanks, true or false, selecting correct option. Also if we can integrate using chat gpt so that by prompting basic queries.
Thanks yes could be a fun idea
great video it inspires a lot
Please I would like to do something similar and integrating with zapper. Can I get more light on how the integration process goes?
Thanks this was a bit of a high level video, I'm sure there are other videos that go deeper.
HR people will now require 15+ years of no-code experience.
That is very funny 😂😎
Pls build a CRM project backed by AI with predictive analysis like analyzing the sales data and protecting how much sales are coming to be generated in the future. Another project idea - A customer support ticketing tool backed by AI, with auto-personalized emails and analysis. Pls try out these options if possible. Thanks
Thanks! Big but very interesting ideas!
I want to build one where you take a picture of whatever and it looks up the information on the internet to tell you what it is or at least close to what you are taking a picture of. Ex: a snake or sneakers. Where can I purchase or what kind of snake etc.
Yes pretty much what we did for wine with Vivino, not easy to do
Google partially can do that. Open google search on your phone and upload or snap picture.

Thanks, good idea, but not an easy task
I love your content! I am a solo developer, and I am wrapping up the development of my social media app for medical professionals, and wondered if you would like to give it a spin before I deploy?
Thanks good luck with it, hard for me to find the time. But stay tuned we have more coming on this subject!

Hey! Why can't I see the preview of the app I'm creating with Adalo?
I think that is more a question for Adalo.
I have a number of ideas and looking for smart, easy ways to code and visualize it. The first one is a dynamic, interactive, visual browsing platform for ones own LinkedIn connections, which can be browsed in various ways (i.e. different filter combinations) but eventually leading to a few secondary contacts who would be worth connecting with about an actual interest of the user.
This is just the simplified element of a full blown business case, which needs a demo prototype. Can you guys help with this?
Or anyone else?
This is probably too hard to do with no code. Also you need close integration with LinkedIn and they might not like that.
