When Jesus replied to Mary , it was with Authority , not for her sake but ours because our wicked hearts would promote her Queen of Heaven ! The conversion of water into wine is among the most talked about miracles of Jesus in ordinary day to day life. What is amazing which I must share in answering the question. Why did Jesus turn water into wine? We must remember that a wedding was a very significant occasion in the lives of the Hebrew Nation. Weddings were conducted over a few days and everyone was invited. One of the Jewish traditions which Christian folk have adopted to this day is that the Groom is responsible to supply the wine for the wedding. Jesus turned the water into wine... To prove to the Church that He is the true Bridegroom.. He supplied the wine for the wedding feast. The church is the Bride of Christ and the Groom is the Son of God.. Many people i know drink alcohol to feel the effects, not just because it taste good. I am trying to reach out locally with many people suffering and lacking basic life needs, like houseless, and jobless people, and inviting them to different churches and bible studies, and the biggest common denominator, is alcohol. Also there is the spiritual aspect of using alcohol. Many of these people using alcohol are in bondage and trying to cover up past traumas and current hardships, and in doing so, they are opening spiritual doors for demonic spirits to dwell within them and feed off of them and that is why helping them with there daily needs is never going to cure them, only inviting the Holy Spirit into them through faith in Christ Jesus can do that. This should be our main focus while reaching out to those people suffering in bondage to alcohol, as well as all other mind altering, body destroying, man man and natural chemicals and substances. In the mighty and wonderful name of our Lord God King and Saviuor: Christ Jesus, we pray: Amen, Hallelujah, Peace, and Maranatha.
Jesus is giving us a sign John tells us that the word became flesh. Jesus (the word) died on the cross and the word rose on the third day. Jesus says remember this a day is but a thousand years. The wedding takes place on the third day start of the third millenium the word will rise in us. It is in fact our wedding day we are the groom. Hi man of God can you please assist with the following questions. Jesus as a Nazarene was not allowed to drink wine eat grapes or cut His hair. Did Jesus partake of the wine at the wedding feast and at the Lord's supper did He also drink of the wine?
Hello Friend, thank you for your important question! Only the "Nazirites" were explicitly told to never drink alcohol (Numbers 6:1-4), but Jesus was a "Nazarene" (a native of the town of Nazareth). Clearly, Christ, Himself, warns against drunkenness (Luke 14:25). Jesus was neither a glutton nor a drunkard because He was sinless (1 Peter 2:22), but He may very well have consumed wine in moderation. Jesus had water put into 6 stone (Rock) vessels, Jesus turned the water into New wine, (New wine) is what we become...Jesus made the best wine made in the whole wide world, the 6 Stone vessels were ritually clean and could not be made unclean, would not stain would not leak, and could not be made unclean, the priests could wash in this before going into the temple and be ritually clean....to come before God. Matthew 2:13--23, says, Joseph and Mary went from Bethlehem directly to Egypt, and stayed There a while, until an angel told them it was safe to return, vs Luke 2:21--39, saying, Joseph and Mary went from Bethlehem To Jerusalem for the child's circumcision, then directly back to Galilee after the time of purification, about a month, There is no mention of any flight into Egypt, open your Bibles and read these accounts for yourselves, They don't corroborate each other, it's like each writer is telling his own story. how can anyone determine who is telling the truth ?

John the Baptist also said ‘“ that God is able to turn these stones to sons” and this is why Jesus filled stone pots with water and turned it into the better wine ! Meaning the unchosen(water) can now be born again into the better chosen spiritual bloodline of the Holy Spirit , which is Gods actual Bloodline!

However I never had anyone talk about the deeper meaning which the Pastor has just explained of personal conversion and its significance it being the first miracle that Jesus did. Most people cannot receive this message as it is too high for their understanding but I will give you something’s to think about and if you want more I will share ! Jesus is the purpose of Gods fleshly chosen people and Jesus is also the fulfillment and the end of the chosen bloodline ! Jesus is the wine that ran out !

Before listening to this i read this story on my own and took it in the way I wanted to. Then I found this and listened to it. I really liked this because while I did this I drew a picture in my bible relating the story because I have a bible with room on the side to do that. And I just found it so nice to listen to. What is amazing which I must share in answering the question. Why did Jesus turn water into wine?
We must remember that a wedding was a very significant occasion in the lives of the Hebrew Nation. Weddings were conducted over a few days and everyone was invited.
One of the Jewish traditions which Christian folk have adopted to this day is that the Groom is responsible to supply the wine for the wedding.
Jesus turned the water into wine... To prove to the Church that He is the true Bridegroom.. He supplied the wine for the wedding feast.
The church is the Bride of Christ and the Groom is the Son of God..

Many people i know drink alcohol to feel the effects, not just because it taste good. I am trying to reach out locally with many people suffering and lacking basic life needs, like houseless, and jobless people, and inviting them to different churches and bible studies, and the biggest common denominator, is alcohol. Also there is the spiritual aspect of using alcohol. Many of these people using alcohol are in bondage and trying to cover up past traumas and current hardships, and in doing so, they are opening spiritual doors for demonic spirits to dwell within them and feed off of them and that is why helping them with there daily needs is never going to cure them, only inviting the Holy Spirit into them through faith in Christ Jesus can do that. This should be our main focus while reaching out to those people suffering in bondage to alcohol, as well as all other mind altering, body destroying, man man and natural chemicals and substances. In the mighty and wonderful name of our Lord God King and Saviuor: Christ Jesus, we pray: Amen, Hallelujah, Peace, and Maranatha.
Jesus is giving us a sign John tells us that the word became flesh. Jesus (the word) died on the cross and the word rose on the third day. Jesus says remember this a day is but a thousand years. The wedding takes place on the third day start of the third millenium the word will rise in us. It is in fact our wedding day we are the groom. When we fill ourselves (vessel) with the water (the word) we are transformed into the best wine
The six empty vessels that are filled with water refer to the 6 days (six thousand years being past or time being full). In biblical time we have times, time and half time . Tmes equals the first 4 thousand years before Jesus, Time equals the millenium the two thousand years after Jesus. Half time the Sabbath the 10000 years to come. We are at the cusp of the Sabbath ( start of the seventh day) it's no coincidence that that the word is rising on the third day the Nag Hamandi finds dead sea scrolls .

Mark does not have Judas repenting, Make does not have Judas dying by suicide ( hanging ),
There are contradictions and discrepancies regarding every point or juncture in Jesu's life, finally, Where did Joseph and Mary
go after Jesus's birth in Bethlehem ? Matthew 2:13--23, says, Joseph and Mary went from Bethlehem directly to Egypt, and stayed
There a while, until an angel told them it was safe to return, vs Luke 2:21--39, saying, Joseph and Mary went from Bethlehem
To Jerusalem for the child's circumcision, then directly back to Galilee after the time of purification, about a month, There is no
mention of any flight into Egypt, open your Bibles and read these accounts for yourselves, They don't corroborate each other,
it's like each writer is telling his own story. how can anyone determine who is telling the truth ?
