My video schedule is pretty much set for the next few months but since you're one of my best subbies, I'll try to do a video on your request as soon as pos 💚 For now, you could try this Mixsoon bean essence as this is free from niacinamide 🙂 This does exfoliate really well tbh. Several days ago I received Axis-Y Dark Spot Correcting Glow Serum and it feels so nice on the skin, I hope it will help fade a few pesky spots on my face. @@oneeyebeauty Of course my skin is very dry specially in winter and I’m 51 years old and I find is this product after starting using it constantly that my skin got more hydrating and moisturizing. That’s why I’m happy with the results because everyone skin are different. Thanks for asking and sharing all those great videos and tips . I love Korean skincare products more . ❤️❤️❤️
Awesome review, thank you. I’m a 50 year old guy and have been into Korean skincare the last couple of years I’d say. I’m UK so we’ve grown up with Nivea and Olay, whilst that’s served it’s purpose there’s nothing that’s so natural and groundbreaking here so when I discovered Korean and Japanese skincare I was intrigued. The sunscreens are second to none. I’m now a complete convert to Korean and my sling has never looked better. Probably better now I’m 50 than when I was 40.
I had a sample of this through and used it yesterday, it was amazing and felt really good on the skin. So come to find out more info and came across your very informative video. I shall now be purchasing some. Thank you for taking the time to do this. It’s much appreciated 😊

I still think that Nivea and Olay aren't bad, but if you really want to care for your skin from the core, strengthen your skin barrier then take care of it with using variety of different ingredients to suit your skin, there are no better products than Korean skincare. Love the Mixsoon products, I used the Bean Essence as directed at first but now only use every other week because it works that good. Now I use 2 pumps for step 1 and 1 pump for step 2 and massage each step for 3 minutes.

Haha thank you again :) For me personally, the Cosrx one is more hydrating but I wouldn't say that the Mixsoon one isn't hydrating. It is still hydrating and nourishing at the same time. Thank you for enjoying my videos. I'll be doing a video on eye creams reviews soon. I think AHC makes the best eye creams tbh. Have you tried the AHC 10 revolution eye cream? That one is extremely popular in Korea and I think AHC premier ampoule in eye cream is also very good. Hope this helps :)

Great review like always Yuhee 😊! I never understood the mucin product line; whether it was the snail or beans. With K-beauty and skincare becoming more popular than ever; especially when the social media influencers keep hyping products up, I feel like companies are just trying to add another product to earn an extra buck. Like these are good products; don’t get me wrong, but its not enough to replace certain skincare steps? Like can the bean essence clean your face as well as your standard oil/water base cleansers - No. And can the bean essence hydrate as well as good toner/ ha serum - No. So then why are we buying this product? 🤔
Hey thank you for enjoying my reviews. I think this is more a serum-like essence that can be used to improve the skin tone, texture and signs of ageing. It effectively exfoliates as well in a gentle method so it is worth buying in my opinion. It is a one-of-a-kind multifunctional product 🙂

I've heard that flaskin essence is like a dupe for mixsoon but gets absorbed better? It'll be amazing if you can compare cosrx flaskin and mixsoon together!

I’d like to know why there’s no preservative system in this product, which is a concern. The filtrates and extracts are water based, anything with water needs a preservative unless the pH is very high or very low and both these extremes are going to damage skin so I’m assuming the pH is skin compatible but therefore conducive to microbial growth. The CosRx mucin product contains a preservative and this alone is a positive bias if I had to choose between the two.

Hi, do we have to use it before toner when using it as an exfoliator because i use cleanser, advanced snail mucin, vitamin c, sunscreen. But since advanced snail us causing me acne these days, can we use it in place of advanced snail mucin as a serum?
Hi John, yes of course you can use this instead of the snail serum and as an exfoliant you can use this after double cleansing and before the toner. You didn’t need to hear this from me tbh, as you already knew all the answers! 😄
as an exfoliator, should i use this before i use toner? because i will wash my face with water after this as an exfoliator. next question, can i use retinol and then apply this which serves as a moisturizer?
Hiya, sorry about my late reply. Yes, just like how you would use any exfoliant this should be used before the toner so that you can wash off your face to remove all the dirt and gunk! This is an essence, so I usually apply it at a toner/essence stage so before retinol but as this is very hydrating you could use it after retinol to add a bit of hydration that you may have lost as retinol can dry your face. I don't see why not 🙂

Hiya, sorry about my late reply. First of all I'd like to let you know that I'm not an expert. I am a skincare enthusiast who does a lot of research and study. In my opinion, yes you can also use salicylic acid, it's a great ingredient for gentle exfoliation and pore care. Glycolic acid may give you a faster result but could be irritating on the skin. This bean essence is gentle and it may take time to see a dramatic result but over time there will be an improvement. Hope my answer helps! Which one is good for close comedones sensitive acne prone skin?????
Hiya, I would say both are good for sensitive and acne-prone skin tbh. In my opinion, if you want something very hydrating go for Cosrx, and if you want extra pore care for blackhead removal go with Mixsoon. Hope this helps :)

My sensitive prone rosacea skin does not tolerate snail mucin. It makes ir burst, red, dry and horrible. However, it loves de mixsoon one!

@@oneeyebeautySo often, the product quality suffers when large companies acquire small ones. Product lines and ingredients change, frequently not for the better. Prices can increase dramatically, too. Companies that were cruelty-free no longer are. I hope none of that happens in this case.
