People will see something that seems the same and assume it is the same. I'm glad you cleared it up. It's true, they do have the same consistency, but it's good to know what each one actually does. I use the snail mucin now, but haven't tried the bean essence. Awesome information, thanks for sharing!!

I was thinking of switching to the bean essence, but maybe I shouldn’t, if I already use retinol, using the bean essence which exfoliates wouldn’t be so good right??

I would not switch. If you want to add another exfoliant then you can add the bean essence but don’t stop using the snail mucin
