Good question! There’s a lot of directions you can go. I’d pick Woodford Reserve. Its low proof, balanced, consistent flavor, can be enjoyed as a mixer, on the rocks or neat. MSRP $40

I would recommend Evan Williams Bottled In Bond. It’s inexpensive, way to sip and readily available
