@@MisterGraa Basically it's a one-way street, Gako and Rio is not canon to Onipex and Pals, but much(if not all, ask Larnuu) of Onipex and Pals is canon to Gako and Rio. So you're technically correct if Larnuu affirms that this same sketch ALSO takes place in his alternate Gako and Rio timeline, but as far as this video goes as a standalone sketch those respawn rules don't apply here.
