Thank you for this interesting piece, the visit to the Inn and the overhead location visuals, which gave a fine sense of his end locations. But, with respect, who is ‘Van Go’ ? Ps. Vincent’s last painting was ‘Tree Roots’ 1890, which you failed to mention.
I have seen it, and it's an amazing movie! I still can't believe they were able to make something like that happen. I think the movie mixed reality with fiction, which makes sense. I just keep looking at everything and everyone I have researched or interviewed for this series, and re-reading what his friend Paul Gauguin said. Paul, who truly was his best friend and knew him on a deep level, didn't even hesitate to say Van Gogh committed suicide. I think for him, it just made sense considering the mental state Van Gogh often found himself. I have a family member who is bipolar, and for me, Van Gogh's behavior resembles this family member so much. From extreme mood swings without any warning, extreme depression despite being surrounded by friends, and being depressed yet seeming to be living their best life. Anyway, I love talking about all of this! I'm less concerned about exactly how it happened, etc, and more concerned about people, and specifically artists, being aware of symptoms like Van Gogh's. Thanks for watching and the feedback!
Very nice piece about Van Gogh.
So glad you enjoyed it! Loved creating this series. Fascinating to see everywhere he lived and worked. Thanks for the support!

Absolutely! Thanks for appreciating it, and for the feedback! One of my favorite episodes I've ever filmed for sure.
Always fascinating.
Thanks man! One of my fav locations I’ve ever been to.
Loved this! Van Gogh is my favorite painter. We were in Arles some time ago and found it fascinating. Thank you for doing this series on him.
So glad you enjoyed it, and fantastic that you have been to Arles! Such a beautiful area of France. Thank you for the support!
@@artrageousnate Thank YOU for putting out a quality video when there is so much garbage on TH-cam!
Thanks for this..❤.!! Well done💯
Thanks so much! I LOVED making every episode in this series, but this one was just amazing. What a surreal experience to be in that room.
You work is just beyond words and amazing, Nate. What software do you use for the animations you create in your videos. They are just mind blowing.

Have you seen the movie "Loving Vincent"? They present an interesting hypothesis about his last days. They might be onto something.
