Wawa is going to turn out to be a great mechanic. She is a hard worker. She certainly is not scared to get her hands and face greezy. That is a great thing, she will go along wayin life. Teach them correct principals and they will always know what to do.
Agreed and also Ralphie and Squeezie have a good grounding in vehicle work. I live in a European country and am a union rep at a major engineering firm. Two of the members in my group were UK young women engineers of the year and I could easily imagine Wawa gaining the same award in the coming years, if she were in the UK. Hopefully the US has a similar scheme, if not then they should definitely introduce one.
The best success a parent can impart, aside from teaching their kid who Jesus is, is to impart practical life skills that can help them be self sufficient when they grow up! Especially in the tough economic times coming ahead...Good job momma and papa!
Funny, I came here to say the same thing. Seeing WAWA dedicated to truly helping and genuinely interested with her jumping in is great to see as the father of a daughter! Keep it up WaWa ! :D You are all GREAT KIDS as it just shows Mom n Dad are doing it RIGHT ! Hat's off to you Josh and Tosh ! You both are good people!
Agreed, more aggressive than Ralphie and she tears in . Don't forget she is asking for help and that is something that is priceless. Most of them today they are just cranking away and destroying and breaking stuff and thinking that they did well when they just are breaking things and costing work, money, parts, etc just plain old time. I hate to put it that way
Enjoy your videos! What keeps me watching is how interested your children are in helping, Especially Wawa. I have 4 daughters and They were always interested whatever dad was doing. Very impressed with Wawa's interest in helping dad❤
Combination of good family fun, great sense of humor with totally unexpected quips, graphics, and just highly interesting content. Favorite TH-cam channel.
Your videos brighten up my day, especially at the moment. I've battered my sciatic nerve so I've been laid up. Whenever I see a new video I make a coffee and settle in. I'm looking forward to seeing the camper done and was good to see the turbo make the trip to the show.
Another wonderfully entertaining family adventure! I’m so impressed that WaWa loves to get in there and get her hands dirty. All the kids are being schooled up in cooperation, mutual respect, work ethic and most importantly love! You have become my #1 favorite YT channel. Thank you for opening a little part of your lives to us ❤
Your mechanical abilities that help you tear down an engine and to know how each item functions is just amazing to me! I can do simple maintenance on my car, but anything that requires a lot of detail, leaves me stumped! Great video, but sorry about the rusted out flooring under the seats in the Mini Winnie. Love watching you and your family work on all these projects!!!
Hey Sleeperdude, those RVs were serviced at the plant for AC. Vendors came and installed them by the hundreds every month. Winnebago was one of the biggest
Nice work, I would use as much of the Durango A/C as possible including the condenser if it fits in there. Should be a nice improvement in power with the magnum engine.
Hey Josh, when it comes to heat exchangers (your ac condenser) it's all about surface area. The one you have probably has multiple rows which gives the same surface area than a single row that is physically larger as far as a length by width measurement.
You guys get better and better as you all become more comfortable with the camera, even squeezy is relaxing, but its the language subtitles that have really been doing it for me lately 🤣, Im kiwi so you'd need them for me as well. Kia ora.
I'm just so impressed with the amount of knowledge that you have in relation to these engines. The rust on the front floor was pretty shocking. You will do a great job fixing it and making it safe for the whole family. Nice to see the new calf too!
I love your channel! You all crack me up. Every time I hear you guys say surely something or other, this comes to mind. "I am serious, and don't call me Shirley" -- Dr. Rumack (Leslie Nielsen 1980 movie Airplane)
Ooh, those floors look terrible 😲 you guys still got quite a bit of work cut out for you. I'd like to say Squeezy has quite a bit of talent 👌 keep up the good work in the awesome videos guys 👍✌️🇺🇲
So glad to see your kids involved that's how they learn just wish my two youngsters would want to do a family project like that or any project. Your and your wife are very lucky people. Keep up the good work.
It's awesome to see y'all always working together as a team. Been watching the channel since COVID hit and it's became my favorite channel. Y'all are great 👍👍 I always look forward to new videos
wawa's enthusiasm for mechanical things makes up for sqeezy's lack of enthusiasm. but that's ok she doing her own thing and i'm sure she will be great at what she settles on. Yall are an amazing family!
For the A/C you should get a much larger condenser. See if something from a fullsize 80's Gm fits. They are massive. Either reuse the original A/C box or get a cheap chinese under dash unit. They work great
Did I just see a POPTART? I love how even sqeazie even gets involved now. Wa Wa is fearless and will try anything. Even the difficult removal of threaded fasteners. (right- tight.....left loose)😅
I was a mechanic. First auto, then freight trucks, then industrial, while i decided to go back to school and am a healthcare provider, the problem solving skills. And ability to understand instead of just memorize has helped me so much..so even if some of the kids decide to go in a whole different direction, the underlying skills they are learning will serve them well. Not to mention a willingness to work that seems rare in todays youth..great job!
Wawa is a gem, she is not scared to get filthy dirty like some other girls and its awesome you let them get in there and work on stuff with you and you teach them how to. Ive got a feeling later on in life she is going to be racing against you in competition and you will have your hands full.
Hey Y'all! We really love your channel and your family, livin' in the country, all your family critters and the way you train your kids! I had a 72 Dodge Maxivan that we customized back in the day. Actually did a 360 swap to replace the tired 318. Love that old van even today. One simple modification I did on mine that made me appreciate me after I did it was to swap places with the ignition switch and the cigarette lighter.. Just loosen both up and change places with them. It makes it easier to put the key in it or take it our. Simple thing that you'll be glad you did it. 15-20 minutes. Ralphie could do this one. Hope you can do it. You'll love it!
We are rooting for you to get this project done for summer! Question: would the front seats from the Bro-Ham, or the Durango fit in the Mini-Wini? Would they be more comfy?
Great idea those seats are so comfortable I know my friend had a Brohm he was not able to drive any more so when I went to cut the grass we would sit in it to relax RIP Mr.Tommy A.
I believe there is a box that will connect to the electronic speeddo on the transmission to you speeddo cable. Also it might be better with a bigger cam and terminatorX. Those headers might rob you of bottom end torque. Thanks for another great video. Not trying to tell you what to do, just a few things I've learned about over time.
We had a 1973 Dodge ambulance just like this. The cab floor was rotted out around the seats bases like that by the early eighties. That ambulance was always garaged as you might imagine. They leaked badly between the cab and body. We patched the floor with a big aluminum plate and put new RV captains seats and bases in. Lasted until we got rid of it in the late eighties .
Great video as usual. British person here. Could you add translations for Tosh please? I know you add subtitles, but I’m still at a loss for what she’s saying! 😂😮😊
I'm glued to see the camper get done! The depth of the engine swap and the other camper parts is just incredible. I feel like I'm learning and having fun too. OK, I'm getting a shirt!
Glad to see everyone getting in there and getting dirty. I never saw Wawa do so much mechanical work. Great to see you and your family having fun and being together. Thanks for the video.
