So could you not adjust the idle screw through the sleeve over the idle screw with a long shank thin blade screw driver ???
We had similar issues. NOT WORTH IT! NEVER ORDER THESE ATVS ONLINE. ALWAYS APPRECIATE YOUR TRANSPARENCY
