In 2018 after my year cooking in Rome, I apprenticed on a farm in the Hudson Valley of New York. Betti and Larry own the farm. Judith just recently moved from Canada to NY to live near her friends Betti and Larry. I mean, what are the chances that we meet on the Camino?!?
How much more magic can the Camino offer to me? I dunno, but I’m ready for it 😉
