Tried this video without the big yellow subtitles, do you guys like videos from now on with or without?
I find the asterisks are distracting because it seems like an amendment. I like the video without them.
Example: using the caption in the video footage *AT-AT* makes it seem like you've said the wrong vehicle and you're amending it in post via the caption on screen.

I always hated how much vehicles were nerfed in BF2. None of the vehicles seemed like they had any weight to them.
Repairing the capital ship turrets with your fusion cutter is so epic

Bf2 modder here, If my memory serves me correct you actually can repair the unrepariables but it just takes a very very very very long time.
Yep. Worked in the console versions as well
I even tried repairing them for minutes, welp time to go back in for even longer XD
@@Hero_of_Sinnoh I think the value gets set to some insane amount, you may have to enable endless mode using cheats and tape your mouse down for a few days.

It always stunk they couldn’t jump on the 1st game especially on maps like Cloud City where that little railing prevents you quickly getting the literal drop on enemies
Ok, if there is 32v32 in space battles and you just have a bunch of people repairing the outside and others fighting, that actually sounds awesome

These were free on Xbox with games with gold a year or 2 ago. I still play them couch coop to this day. Even LAN works if you have 2nd Xbox and tv. My friends come over and we do drunk galactic conquest. Such a blast
Don't forget that you can also repair the shield generator too in space combat. Never tried the auto defense mainframe but I'd guess it can be repaired too
Deflecting rockets back at enemies makes me feel like a Legends/EU Force Wielder lol
Fusion cutters can also repair the manned turrets by repairing the seat.
As for deflection, that's why there are certain rules for attacking a Jedi
Never attack a Jedi head on if you can help it,
Never aim directly at the Jedi,
Always use high explosives and their splash damage whenever possible.
Mines, Detpacks, Missiles and main cannons on AT-STs and AT-ATs can one-shot most hero units, including Jedi. Even without a direct hit.

@@angusmccarthy9507 they are just impatient, the game released with flaws which is expected. I honestly don’t expect any games releases without any flaws in this current time. Despite being flawed it’s still playable. No multiplayer sucks but I have portable battlefront 2, the campaign is unchanged, and there’s no in game purchases. Give Aspyr a month or two to figure everything out then it will be the battlefront we love with stable multiplayer, fixed audio, and cutscenes implemented properly.
The fusion cutter can also be used to slice/hack enemies vehicles
Some lightning will come around it making it unusable for a few seconds and than you are able to get inside it
Doesn't work for capital vehicles ofc
I've come to like the assault class because you can just drop a mine at someone's feet or on a tank or at a charging jedi. it's op when you find a group of people packed together like in a base.

I don't know if it's unique to classic collection or if it was a feature in the original release, but I've been playing bf2 for just under 2 decades (much like most of us) and I had NO IDEA that engineers don't trigger mines.

Everyone complaining and I’m here having a whale of a time in my Xbox series x. Only had 2 bugs and that’s it. Everyone just annoyed no cross play and not much graphic improvement. But the graphics have been generated better.
The issue with the graphics is that the graphical update was ai upscaling.
2:54 TCW came out 3 years after this game.
Referring to the ATRT in the Collection not the original. Just pointing out that it hasn't been altered to match any recent material.👍

@@MarsiB013 Even though its just a re-release/ remaster, they still added features that weren't in the originals. So it's not like it would have been out of the question for them to make a small change like that for the ATRT or any other vehicle or unit. It would have been a nice little change since it's never been done yet (in battlefront)
@@invaderIRK1 They broke the game. They changed (messed up) everything inside the game except the gameplay. They didn't care about the game. They just made a lazy AI generated, overpriced, poorly optimazed port.
There are aspects of the game I do enjoy and few I think need to be fixed. I don’t have access to steam so being able to play it on my ps5 is incredible. I enjoy my time playing offline. I’m overall happy with the game
Did you know the CIS is completely op in BF1? seriously, fk the droidekas.... They're better balanced in 2 but in 1 they're a damn nightmare.
True, but if you see one coming. With the regular clone trooper, open fire as soon as you see it. You should be able to kill them just before they can shield

Another way is to wait out their shield. If you stand directly in front of them, I mean nut to butt type proximity, they can't shoot you. You can wait out their shields that way
Been having alot of fun with Private games on BFCC; and its just as good as the classic but with better graphics
So disappointing that EA didn’t add that luke skin to the game
you can actually block force choke, you just have to be accurate with your block

1:23 I know about the glitch to get outside of the capital ship hanger but it only lets you walk along the edge. What is the method to get on top?

Sorry but you really should've gotten the original game on Steam. It's cheaper, doesn't take up as much space, actually works, and has been available to buy for two decades plus has had online multiplayer since around 2017

No, the original games had this stuff, and they were a lot of fun. The classic collection is low scoring because the multiplayer and other stuff is broken and performs worse than the original game.

@@chacharealsmooth941 Hero vs Villains is terrible with the awful hit boxes, they can’t get certain details correct like naming the clone trooper weapons correctly. The game is lacking in overall content and space battles are boring. Maps are better in the original too
