At that time I craved salt which was not good. I ate them just like that I don't know if thats healthy but it did me no harm during my pregnancy. I am no doctor I'm just telling you what I did personally. I also walked a lot. I did that like twice per week. U can eat any amount you chose .

1. Wash it
2 . Remove both ends
3.chop it into smaller pieces
4. Put in a jar or and container 🤷🏿♀️
5. Add some water (that you can drink)
6. Leave over night
7. Remove the okra
8. Drink the water (preferably on empty stomach cos it’s slimy so you don’t get irritated)
Lastly kids nothing can keep a man but drink this to avoid getting bruised and enjoying yourself sexually

Let me just add, not all women deal with std and uti infections. Things we use such as soap can definitely dry you out also. My husband can use Dove but not me. I was using Dove sensitive skin (bar and liquid form) and it told all lies. Had me feeling like a had a sand paper kitty and itchy skin. I would have 3 to 4 small hives on my arms after bathing so I stopped using it period. Not pleasant at all!
