  • The plaintiff says the defendant’s son was her godson, and he died in a motorcycle accident. The plaintiff says she paid for the funeral and the defendant agreed to contribute $4,000, but she failed to do so, so she’s suing. The defendant and her husband say the plaintiff is delusional, and they say they never talked about funeral expenses. They’re countersuing for defamation.

Is it even possible to have insurance on your girlfriend? She sounds stupid AF. Imagine blaming a babymama for not having life insurance. Meanwhile...her own husband is in jail and he got the nerve to say "I never been a thief"...what did he go to jail for then? Because you can't be that of a good person going to jail as a grown man with children.

@@chawklitWarrior Even if it’s possible but still!🤷‍♀️ You can tell that they probably did have insurance and didn’t want to pay anything and wanted that money to themselves after they cash in that policy. That’s why she was fishing to ask the baby mother did she have insurance 🤷‍♀️. You rarely hear someone asking a baby mother did they or she have insurance on their son. That lady look thirsty for money and the husband. The father wanted to run his mouth after the case was dismissed 😂. Like he didn’t say anything that whole case but he wanted to say something. But they got that $4000 donation and spent it all up like that lady said. But I would’ve did all I could’ve done for my god child and buried him because I loved him like he was my own child and let that be because trust me, at the end of the day GOD don’t like ugly and Karma is something and she would’ve been in peace knowing she has done something that their own parents didn’t want to do. She would’ve been more in peace but she’s still gonna get her blessings though and Karma will be back around for the hungry hungry hippo couple.

When married advisors state that one should have 10x the salary of the mate. I suggest, all parents do the same. Just b/c you have insurance on someone doesn't necessarily mean that you have to pay for the funeral cost. That's entirely up to the beneficiary. It's guaranteed that all of us will die. She should have received a refund for the money she paid for the defendants son’ funeral, and whether the girlfriend bragged about what she had, or not, she wasn’t responsible for the burial expenses of a boyfriend. Whether or not they agreed to pay, if the dad cared about his son he would have paid that women back no matter how long it took, because were it not for her, his son wouldn't be buried. £1600 can't do anything. But she came in fully when no one would or could and took care of it. Damn shame how your own family ain’t worth 💩🤷‍♀️. And I believe her about that $4000. And I believe that they had insurance on the son. They were so cheap that they wanted to see if anyone else had insurance on him and wanted handouts for the burial and didn’t want to use a dime of the insurance to help pay for the funeral. But they were both fishing! That’s why they asked the baby mother did she have insurance on their son. Rarely do you hear anyone asking a baby momma do they have insurance on their baby fathers🤷‍♀️. In other words, she was pre-judged based upon a biased perception of stereotypes. As soon as his tone changed, I felt that a ruling had already been made, at least in his heart. Nonetheless, God is going to grant her a double portion, for her troubles. Notice her body posture and how her hands were positioned. This was a sign of humility. She simply wanted to be made whole. There’s a reason why she asked that question. She asked because she wanted to go where the money at. And I do believe they did have a policy on their child. They just wanted everyone else’s money to pay for the funeral and not use any of the insurance money with their money hungry azzes. They probably had a higher paid amount on the policy.
