I believe they make fantastic players but often don't give them the chance they need to succeed. I mean, you have to agree that a lot of great players have gone through their club so that has to count for something. It's also worth noting that Chelsea made investing in young talent a huge part of their business structure so ultimately you're going to have a lot of stories regarding players who never made it through but went on to be huge. It's a testament to their structure. But you're right that they've repeatedly missed the ball on some of these fantastic talents.

I moved out from my parents' house when I was 16. I'm a shy person, introverted, difficult to interact, and unpredictable. Being a midfielder, he'd be my good friend and having a BBQ party quietly. Dang, I shouldn't talk so much about myself.
Families/ Parents may not find your worth when you young , but not aware the blessings god gave you , they will only realize later when you live your dream and thats too late, you have every right not to care. Not always mate. Chelsea been doing well since both left, winning multiple league titles, Europa, FA Cups. But here and there of course with the talent pool that Chelsea has, there will be players that'll slip out and go on to do great things.
