MYRATH’S NEW SINGLE “NO HOLDING BACK” OUT NOW!
NEW VIDEO PREMIERES TODAY!
Today, MYRATH are releasing their second single “No Holding Back” from their new album “Shehili”. The powerfully melodic “No Holding Back” is another intoxicating track representing “Blazing Desert Metal” and MYRATH as the trailblazer of that new exciting genre.
The impressive video takes the viewer back into the enchantingly exotic world of adventure, that, through the previous videos of “Believer” and “Dance”, has been an integral stepping stone in MYRATH establishing themselves as one of the most fascinating bands in the current international metal scene. “No Holding Back” is the cinematic grand finale in the trilogy surrounding the three videos. It is the final instalment of a tale that shows the band members as avatars fighting for a peaceful world and for those who stand up against oppression in a world full of uncertainty. “No Holding Back” shows that the band not only displays a high sense for wonder and storytelling, but their undeniable musical finesse and ability to combine powerful melodies with strong lyrics stands obvious above all.
The first live performances in 2019 will take place at the legendary SWEDEN ROCK festival and the WACKEN OPEN AIR. These performances promise to become magical events that will give fans the opportunity to enjoy the songs from Shehili for the very first time live.
“Shehili” will be released as a CD Digipak, 1LP+Download and Digital on May 3rd, 2019 on earMUSIC.

This is one of the things I love about metal/rock and that's how instruments from specific regions/cultures can be incorporated and produce phenomenal music. It's a genre that is so diverse and accepting of everyone, not just among those who listen to it but the instruments that produce it. The Arabian twist to Myrath's songs are really amazing, and your music is really awesome guys!
Fun fact, metal actually came from Arabic scales.

From the greatest things about Myrath is that this band is growing and evolving over time, I still remember when I was in high school going to their concerts, all I can tell is that their music is galactic, it's beyond Tounes, beyond middle east and every boundaries. Keep it up beautiful people ❤️
How accesible is metal in Tunisia? Does people give a bad look at guys with long hairs and metal t-shirts? I've got friend from Turkey and he said that its hard to be a metalhead here. While Turkey looks like more progressive than Tunisia it could be different.

Myrath is always one of the bands that I point to when I need to explain why globalization is good. This kind of music cannot exist unless cultures COME TOGETHER and EMBRACE.
I discovered Myrath and Shehili just a few days ago. What an amazing and very mature album. I loved it right away and the more I was listening to it, the more it grew on me. I finally decided to purchase a digital copy of Shehili and I'm thinking of buying a vinyl version as well. I love the Tunisian folklore music touch and I wish there were more of that, but it sounds that Desert Call has more. Exploring one album at a time.

Myrath is the newest fresh sound of metal . N i dnt mean fresh how all the terrible rappers use it. I mean a glass of pure, cold, spring water as one dies in the desert of horrid western music.

This is the most ridiculous and incredible music video I've ever seen. I laughed so hard I was literally crying with tears running down my face, but they were tears of joy. I've watched this video ten times in the past few days and it just gets better and better each time. The music is, of course, amazing, but the incredible ambition of the production, the over-the-top silliness of the action, and the visual effects being realized sooo close but just not quite there only adds to how much I love it. In fact, if the VFX were actually perfect it would have diminished the greatness of this video. I just love every single bit of this thing.
