    I am 82, a couple of years ago l had a bad accident , which left me feeling old and unstable ,but finding you on U tube has made all the difference , balance is much better,stronger all round .Thank you.

    I am 86 yrs old male, This exercise is boring it will not stimulate your brain, plus you are not socializing. I do an exercise to stay in shape, but at the same time it stimulate my brain, and socializing.
