我覺得小天要做的是 “有氧”/+耐力訓練,不是重量訓。而且要減重,飲食要改變成多蔬菜/少吃肉。(要像小戴一樣瘦下來、才會球場更靈活靈動)看了他最近幾場比賽,我發覺 :第一場他的表現都是很棒,但第二場就覺得他腳步很沉重,喘氣不斷...(有氧運動不夠的表現)如果有第三場會發覺他喘氣更嚴重,感覺他快吸不到空氣的樣子....走路好像拖了石頭一樣很重...以小天的經驗及球場的技術及救球的高質量,及現在排名前十強的實力跟條件.絕對可以再往前邁進的。(最後希望他能多休息,發覺他比賽的密集程度太高了,一直比賽而沒有適當休息,質量就不好了)加油,小天!!淺見!

bro I'm Malaysian and he doesn't play for my country...but how could u say he's lazy after making it to top 4 BWF ranking???
@@Sneak1740 You don't know about badminton then. He is 31 now. He still in top 4. All other top 10 players are younger than him. So, he should do these excercises to keep him fit and keep going. He travels without a coach and still in top 4.
He is a good player without a coach and still top 5
